The line for the drive thru was backed up into the street, so I went inside to order. I was 3rd in line. After waiting 30 MINUTES I chose to leave. Literally stood there for a half hour waiting to be served.

Bought the meal specifically for the French fries so when I got overcooked fries I was disappointed,I tried to exchange them, waited in line for 20 minutes ,no one acknowledged me. Rip off. Don't waste your money.

I want to do my review on Mike at the drive thru on 3/15/25 around 930pm. What a nice man very friendly hard working easy talk too great customer service That is a huge improvement from my last review few years ago when I stopped going to this Wendy's. The workers now are so much nicer and friendly and that means a ton to me! Food was good and mostly fresh. few years ago i would rate this Wendy's a -10 but it's improving so much and I will actually go here again. But Mike at the drive thru was exactly how employees should be and with the customers. So wanted say thank you to him. He deserves credit. I would now recommend this Wendy's again.

The wrap that I got was falling apart and didn't taste good. The one at arbys is better. I asked for bbq and got sweet & sour sauce for my nuggets. They're normally pretty good at getting this stuff right just not today.

Hands down the worst Wendy’s experience I’ve had both times I’ve been it’s always something and I will never go back. Even though it’s fast food you would think they’d have some standards. Rude customer service for night shift at least, and horrible food.

There were a bunch of people working in the Center street in Auburn location. I waited 20 mins and not one person came to take our order. They just kept looking at us and the kids processing orders just stood there and did nothing.

Edited 2/2025: It has been some years since my initial review. Sadly, food has gone way downhill. Last 2 visits it was barely edible and I threw most of it away,after overpaying for it. Fries were floppy, greasy, gross. Burger had so much ketchup and mayo on it I couldn't even wipe it off, it was saturated. Gross.

We pulled into the drive thru around 8am on a Saturday. There was one vehicle in the entire parking lot, and none in the drive thru. We ordered, pulled up, and paid. Then we were told to pull forward and wait for our for to come out. 25 minutes later I parked my car and walked inside where one employee was reading text messages out loud to 3 or 4 others. When I approached the counter I was met with attitude from a female employee who told me I was supposed to wait outside. I took my order, which was missing a sandwich. When I walked outside I saw a line of 6 vehicles waiting in the drive thru.
Asked for 2 double attack biggie bags got 2 burgers with bacon and onion completely ruined my day and my appetite I have IBS I couldn’t even eat what I was given

This store has gone down hill horribly.. the store manager is constantly yelling at and treating the employees like crap regardless of what they do.. I feel that SHE needs to be replaced

We went inside as the driver thru line was long. It was busy inside as well, but the cashier taking our order was very pleasant and didn't make us feel rushed at all. Oir food came out in good time. It was hit and tasted very good.
