Ridiculously slow service it took 15+ minutes to get through the drive thru with 2 vehicles in front of me, older woman behind the counter is extremely rude and disrespectful

Rude, yelling at my husband from a personal vehicle for backing up with a trailer, so as not to hit their curb. Guy behind us said we were okay. General Said she was general manager, yelling at us from a personal vehicle. Then another person at window denied us service. Won't return!

First got our order wrong. Forgot all our sauces. No napkins AND no straws. Then went to enjoy our frostys and there was a hard, green French fry in it. My second bad experience with this Wendy’s save your money go anywhere else.

In photos you will see the burger I got, and how it looked nothing like the baconator picture on the menu. Also had little to no bacon and was flatter then a McDonald's singal. The wait was 15 minutes in the drive through and the property is dirty I won't be coming back here. I missed a wendys burger but clearly it's no longer an actual wendys it's a money funnel.
