Visited for our anniversary, first time to Maine...great food and atmosphere! Had fish tacos, monkfish and Maine redfish (different from redfish in gulf)--wanted to try fish locally and it did not disappoint...each fish taco was uniquely different.Fabulous meal, nice location on Bailey Island!

What a pleasant surprise! We love driving down to this part of Harpswell on the weekends. We took a gamble and stopped in to Sundrenched and immediately loved it! Creative drink list, a cute little bar, cozy seating, great service and delicious food. Oh, and they have 16oz quality beers on draft for reasonable prices! Can’t wait to come back here during the warmer months for the outdoor seating.

We chose this waterfront restaurant for dinner one night. We sat a table on the dock which was quite cute & scenic and you take a menu to look at, then you have to walk back in to the bar, stand in a line to order & PAY for your food & drink. Then walk back to your table, someone brings your food but isn't your waitor. We asked him for another beer which he brought at least. But then we realized we already paid so now you have to go back in & pay for additional drinks. We did add a tip to our bill initially but then wondered why or who we tipped if we had no one waiting on us.?? Also seared scallops were to die for, crab cakes were not - they tasted only like potato cakes - zero crab flavor. Atmosphere & view I loved ?

We had the beet salad, scallop tacos and fish tacos. All delicious. Friendly service and lovely view. They were amenable to doing the fish tacos grilled, rather than fried. Not fine dining. You order and pay at a counter and go to the bar for water. Food served in cardboard containers brought to your table. We still enjoyed.
We were HUGE fans of the previous restaurant in this location, Cribstone Grill, and hopefully Sundrenched can improve and stick around. The views are worth the effort!Service is a combination of self-serve and hailing servers for items as they drop off or pass by. No one really checks on youThis is fine with a basic seafood shack, but not at these prices.The more basic offerings seem the safest bet- Lobster is delicious. Fried monk fish is good.Other items were low-quality in premium-priced meals. Frozen, baby shrimp. Mushy full-bellied clams. Do not recommend the Mediterranean meal or the "lazy shore dinner " due to this.We may try again next year - hoping to see improvement!
