The food and service here is always exceptional. There’s nowhere else that bagels are comparable around. The sweets are always delicious as well and the diverse array of options for food makes it an adventure every time you visit.
Coffee is never ready, bagels are as good as grocery store. Go to Franks. They don’t whip down the tables, they don’t bus the dishes from the tables, yet they ask for tips for just punching in orders. Very disappointing experience. Franks is a well oiled machine with service and cleanliness and they cleared the table.

Fair prices, amazing food, and a great location. If this restaurant were in my town, I’d be there weekly. My gosh. Best choices? Cheesecake, pizza bagel, and the potato salad. The iced tea they make is also awesome. I wish I could have eaten more- there was so much on the menu I wanted to try!

These aren't bagels. Bagels are boiled and baked dough rings. These are tray-baked tear apart breads. Not bad if that's what you're in the mood for, but not great if you're looking for actual bagels.
Don't get the hot cocoa unless you like scalded milk with Swiss miss mix.
Folks are pleasant, atmosphere is good. Not sure why this place is so popular. Maybe these patrons have never had a real bagel before?

Stumbled into a bagel central today. I grabbed a classic bagel slathered with garlic-herb cream cheese and—wow—this isn’t your heavy, chewy usual. The bagel has a light crackle on the crust, a soft, steamy center, and the cream cheese is whipped, herby, and garlicky without being sharp. Every bite hits savory, fresh —clean finish. I honestly wish we had this exact style back in Texas.
Order: Plain (or sesame) with garlic-herb schmear
Why it’s special: Crisp shell + airy chew; whipped spread with real herb lift
Worth a detour? Absolutely. This is the kind of simple that ruins other bagels for you.
Rating: 4.8/5
Pro tip: Ask for it warm and go heavy on the schmear—you’ll get that perfect crust-to-cloud ratio.

Right away, first bite, delicious. Obviously a hand made bagel. So good. There were 3 of us. We had everything, a blueberry, and cinnamon-raisin. A blueberry bagel with real blueberries!! All delicious. We were just passing through town but it was so good I had to leave a review! Coffee was also good as was the friendly quick service.

Food was good howevee it took an hour to get my breakfast burrito. They really need to figure out speed and efficiency. Won't be stopping back after such a ridiculous wait...

It’s a bit of a wait but the options and the taste of the bagel sandwiches are worth it. I really enjoyed my bagelwich (with added bacon) and my friend loved her herb bagel with scallion cream cheese. Very hearty and plenty of seating.
Went in at 630am and before I ordered, I had asked how big their buttermilk pancakes were? She couldn't give me a precise measurement but gave me a more or less idea measuring with the plates that were near the register. So I ordered one. Thankfully because it came out dry, thin and tasted more like sour dough than buttermilk. The syrup was nasty tasting.
I ended up throwing it all away. Only wasted 2.95 not bad.
Love love love! THEIR CREAM HORNS!

Super great place! The wait can be a while on weekends since it’s popular but totally worth it. Definitely the best bagels I’ve had. I’m looking forward to going back to try and get matzo ball soup!
