The sweet female employee was very helpful. There were so many flavors available, that is wad hard to make a decision. That meant we had to purchase several flavors. All were moist and filled with the wonderful cream that makes you feel like you are in the clouds. Definitely worth the stop when you are in Bangor!

Appreciate the options, but the quality is not there. Frosting is not fluffy enough, the cake is on the dry side. They seemed a little stale tbh.

Purchased a molasses cake with blueberry filling whoopie and a chocolate cake with peanut butter filling whoopie. The blueberry was officially the best whoopie I have ever had! The store also has some maine related gifts and candles. Worth a visit!

The sweet smells of baking hit me the minute I walked into this adorable shop in this spectacularly equally adorable town. The flavors of this Maine delicacy were mindblowing! I chose orange and lemon because I have never seen these flavors before in Whoopies. The store also carries cool Maine souvenirs and felt homey and Maine nice 💜 The service was friendly and engaging. I didn’t know I liked whoopie pies, but I sure love these! I wish they were all vegan and it’s disappointing to have wanted the s’mores and the only reason it wasn’t vegan was because of a milk chocolate drizzle. Do pick the potent flavored options like pumpkin spice, rather than red velvet. Because the flavor for some of these is too subtle. But these whoopie pies are indeed moist and delicious! Love the variety of flavor choices and sizes.

ORIGINAL: So... we stopped by friday after a long day and had never been here before so we were expecting a treat! However, what actually happened is --and I kid you not-- after we brought our pies to the register and sat them down the casher literally used one of her hands to plug one of her nostrils while --and I promise I kid you not-- to blow out her other nostril into her hand! Right there! Using her hands while we were trying to check out! I mean... just what? Have you ever seen anything more disgusting? We certainly haven't. If she'll do that in public without shame can you trust that she has ever washed her hands at all?
Of course when we noticed her disgusting behavior beginning we politely and slowly tried to pull the bags closer to us so she wouldn't touch them but what did she do?.. she rudely grabbed them, touched them and acted like she needed them in her hands to check us out. That IS NOT how they check out. There is no bar code. All she needed to do was SEE, NOT TOUCH the names on the bag. The ONLY reason we actually purchased what we put on the counter is that we thought because she was working the register at 6pm that she wasn't allowed in the kitchen to actually touch any food. At least we could wipe down the baggies with alcohol.
I am still disgusted just thinking about this.

Was excited to try this place. Atmosphere inside it cute with all the Maine themed souvenirs. The whoopie pies were ok. Dense cake and thick frosting. The mint one was good and the whoopie pops. The triple C was not good. I don’t think it helps that they are frozen ahead. The ones we got were still cold.
Walked in to the sight of the woman behind the counter wiping her nose with her fingers. Walked right back out without buying anything. Shame since we had gotten off the highway specifically to come here.

This place was excellent- the pies are NOT TOO SWEET which is awesome. They also have a mostly vegan selection which means that the lactose intolerant and milk allergic amongst us can finally have dessert!!
