HIGHLY RECOMMEND Blaze…Our waitress Jana was fantastic! Super sweet, polite and helpful. We had a party of 8 with kids and the food was all EXCELLENT! We had pizza, burgers, fish & chips, roasted chicken, fries, Mac n cheese, Brussel sprouts - it was all great and we are all major foodies!

Bĺaze is located in the best spot down town. My first time in Maine, and aside from all the clam chowder and mussels we ate, I would eat their mushroom pizza every day. It is so delicious, crust is rustic wish I'd brought one back to Tucson!

We did take-out and it was OK. Paying a premium for pizza that is just meh, in my opinion. Poutine was very good. Service was interesting; small miscommunication between staff made for some confusion across the board.

We were going to a concert and had an Airbnb next door (great room at the Phoenix) . We went to blaze for lunch . Waitstaff was extraordinary- sincerely nice and seemed glad to be there . Pubby,comfortable environment with a large menu . Tacos were very good . Ceasar salad was a bit overdressed . Good beer.
