Was charged twice for my order. When I called after realizing they told me to come in. When I went in I was told that the charge was still pending and “it should fix itself, but if it doesn’t to call.”

Staff are always very friendly and patient. They are always so nice and willing to take requests. The service they offer is also very good, especially through the drive-through.
The food is great and it's usually pretty busy inside the restaurant itself, but it's pretty well-maintained and everyone is pretty respectful.

Honestly, the service was horrible, was charged for the peach lemonade drink I ordered in my group, the $5+ drink was not in the order. Similarly when I went to order a 30ct grilled nuggets, the worker did not seem to care, putting a 30ct normal nugget in my bag. I don’t expect much from any fast food place/service, but this badly missed the bare minimum. Of the food I did receive, tasted like it had been sitting for at least an hour.

My car broke down at one of the reservation spots in the drive thru. Even though the staff couldn’t do anything they were still very helpful. They helped me to the best of their abilities and tried cheering me up because my day was going awful. And even though I was a GIGANTIC inconvenience and was a nuisance in the drive thru they never made me feel bad about it and reassured me that everything was going to be ok. 10/10 would always recommend ❤️
Edit: I’m extremely grateful for the entire staff for the day. Jacob especially was absolutely amazing and the rest of the staff was just as kind. If you want amazing service and great atmosphere, this is the best place to go. I will always recommend this place 🥰
