I ordered the chicken crispers, burger sliders, and Nashville hot mozzarella sticks. The burger sliders were AWFUL. They were covered in Nashville hot sauce because it was in the same box as the chicken and mozzarella sticks. The burger was completely dried out, black, and hard. The food looked like it was basically reheated in a microwave for too long. For paying $20 for one meal, the food should be fresh. Thankfully the manager was nice and refunded me.

Everything was delicious, and HOT right off the grill straight out the fryer!! The bbq ribs are fire and the trio appetizers are great bang for your buck!! Highly recommended 👌

We have been twice before and loved it. This time our server came out stinking off pot. He was clearly “very happy” He was slow and we never got drink refills. After taking our order he disappeared again. Sadly our table was facing the kitchen and I was bored and looking into kitchen to watch our plates being made then as they sat there watching other servers walk by and pinch fires of the plates I mean a lot of servers did that! When we eventually got our food I refused to touch the fries and it ruined the whole meal for us! The smell from him made me glad he was an absentee server! We will not be going back!

I somehow got a burnt, dry, cold burger. This used to be a go to restaurant, now it's just bad.
So overseasoned I couldn't even eat my chicken, it was a to go order and I didnt realize how bad it was until I already got home. It was disgusting. It isn't often that you can taste it when someone hated making the food but I did this time. Not going back again.

Finally tried this place and wasn’t disappointed.. I had the surf and turf and the bride the sirloin… both cooked perfectly… wait staff were great checked on us several times .. we will be back..

Dear Chilis, Never did I think that my experience with Wade could be improved upon, but once again am I proven wrong by your IMPECCABLE service. Our waiter in our previous visit, VINNY, was the best waiter we as a family have EVER experienced. VINNY showed us kindness, respect, patience, intelligence, and went above and beyond for the customer (AKA US). Vinny enhances the atmosphere of any room he enters; the room lights up with smiles as soon as he walks in. We were clapping and cheering every time he came to our table. In a very crowded Friday night Vinny made us feel safe and cared for, like we were the only ones there. He showed us an incredible hidden talent (juggling) that kept us entertained for hours. Our smiles never wavered. Hoorah! Additionally, we had many questions that Vinny was able to answer with a smile. Never once did he falter, and never once did we feel neglected by his incredible service. Before this trip to chilis, I felt empty. I thought never again would I experience joy, but going to chilis and having Vinny serve us proved me wrong. Going to chilis that night was a milestone in my life, which I will cherish and celebrate every year. My children will go to this chilis on this day and my childrens children will do the same. This chilis will see us for as long as there is civilization on earth. I feel happier than I've ever been, and I've never known joy such as this. I hope the whole world can come together and experience Vinnys exuberance firsthand. If everyone was even a little like Vinny, the world would enter a new era of peace. Vinny is priceless; I feel that no amount of money is enough to pay Vinny back for his betterments of humanity. A CEO position would be the minimum of what he deserves. Before I go,
