The worst chili's I ever went to. I ordered a steak. It was sooooo tuff and stringy I'd chew for awhile and spit it into a napkin. I told the waitress to tell the manager that anyone who ate it would never order it again and maybe skip Chilis's all together. She said she did but got zero response. I guess they are just going to continue serving it to other customers. The owner should replace that Manager before he tanks that branch completely. Thank god I had extra napkins.

Stone cold. Burger was cold. Mac and cheese cold. Fajita meat and fillings cold. My kids pizza cold. And they forgot his drink. Seems like it was pulled outta the fridge and hastily packed. Sad. Door dash offered 5 dollars for each item, and well I don't think anything costs only 5 dollars there. I know it won't make any difference to them but they lost some customers and I just want to warn others to be careful of what they order from there and to go about it with the lowest expectations.

Management at this location has regularly displayed an inability to properly staff their restaurant, instill an attention to detail mindset, or properly manage their staff. My coworkers and I have tried to be forgiving through the consistently incorrect pickup and deliver orders we've placed for the last 4 months. We have yet to have a single order be wholly correct. We have decided that going forward chilis is not capable of providing the meals as they are ordered and that we will no longer be ordering from this location and that we will be listing chilis under the "frequent issues" section of our hotels nearby food options menu, and advising our customers not to ruin their stay by dining there or ordering from Chili's. I really wish the management had been capable of properly training and managing their staff to accurately complete orders, as I really do enjoy some of the dishes when they are done correctly(at other locations), but alas we live in a time when there are many readily available excuses, and very little desire to improve. Will be filing a complaint with corporate to evaluate the management staff because if you can't operate your resturaunt effectively at full capacity, then you don't belong in a food service management role, especially in a high volume tourist area.

Place was very clean but smelled of chlorine, service was great, food was unfortunately nothing special. Ordered a combo with ribs with sauce but it was more like a glaze of sauce, it needed more. The honey chipotle chicken crispers were quite tasty and fries were stand but good. The elote corn that came with the meal had good flavor but was pretty dry. It is January so I don’t hold the corn against them. My partner was happy with his classic burger and how much food you got for the lunch price of 10.99.
Yes we ordered take out - but the food had to have been sitting around before it was supposed to be ready - everything was very cold. Very expensive too.

Not only was the food funky, didn’t even eat half, the bartender didn’t offer any alternatives or options for me so I ordered a drink and asked for a water cup to put it in The drink leaked out of the defective water cup all over me!!!
Bartender DIDNT CARE AT ALL!! didn’t even offer to remake the drink! I even tips 10$ on 39$
I will never return. I’m new in town and I’m just so beyond disappointed.
