Never have left a 1 star review, but similar to other recent reviews, I concur that this place is a dump. Garbage flowing over the can, dining areas seemingly never cleaned throughout the day, the kitchen looked a mess. Just horrible.

I now understand why people started to record or pretend to when ordering. The 2/3 people on the line were so stingy with the portions like it was their food and their sibling asked for some. I had to ask 3 different times for more rice, it barely covered the bottom of the bowl even after the worker smooshed it flat to the bottom trying to spread it out, but I think he was training so whatever I guess. They didn’t have the chicken they normally have, not sure if that’s cause they had the honey hot chicken but why would you get rid of something you always have for a new temporary chicken. Got steak, but it’s always chewy. Also they were so stingy with the portions on that and the salsa. The only thing they weren’t stingy with was the sour cream. I felt like I was eating just a bowl of sour cream. Same with the bowl my boyfriend got but his was mostly guac. And he was able to fit the whole bowl into the tortilla we get on the side, when the point of a bowl is to make the burrito and still have some later. The burrito looked so puny also. It truly was the most pathetic looking bowls we’ve gotten from a chipotle.

This place needs to be getting shut down. Cannot even take customer orders make you use an automated system and workers are just standing around but cannot be bothered to help customers place an order. When trying to get a manager to resolve the issue was given attitude in response to this. Will not be returning and will warn everyone I know not to return to this establishment. Furthermore I am a review guide on Google which will diminish the customer base of this place.

Chipotle has five employees standing around but you can only do digital orders. No wonder all your restaurants have closed. HOW IGNORANT. We walked out. I would have given ZERO stars if it was an option.

Someone please help this location! Bangor Chipotle has always been a go to and it has gone downhill so badly the last 2 years. You eat with your eyes first, and this location is so filthy…the food section and the drink area. The staff seemed unhappy, and totally disconnected. Never write reviews but this is after several visits with the same experience.

This place is disgusting! I used to work there so trust me, I’ve seen mice, mice droppings, bugs in and outside of the lettuce, hair in the sour cream, they used the same plunger that has been used in toilets and floor drains on the lemonade machine, they put new stickers over the old ones, most things are either not labeled or labeled wrong, meat is cooked on the side of the grill that is only for veggies so I apologize to all the non meat eaters about that news. I’ve seen them serve raw chicken MULTIPLE times. Sadly the GM is racist as he fired a black man who worked harder there than anybody else, for peacefully sticking up for himself ( by saying what the gm was doing was a violation and not okay) which he was CORRECT, and fired that man’s friend as well, he also put a restraining order on those same men not even allowing them to get food. Corporate they take NO action. The communication that happens there is honestly so disappointing. They have made an ice bath with the daily used mop bucket. And there’s just so much more. It honestly sucks that I even have to say this!

I love chipotle, food is always flavorful. Ordering pickup is my preferred method, it can be hit or miss if it will be ready before or after whatever time you choose depending on how busy they are.
Oh and thanks for getting online ordering back up and running!

Employees are rude and intentionally slow down the delivery process. They always look unmotivated and you can't even tell who the manager is because there's nobody leading the team. The systems are completely flawed dye to lack of motivation and leadership. This place should be removed from online delivery due to its repeated issues.

absolutely appalled by the lack of service, food and cleanliness. this is my first time leaving a review on anything in the entire internet. Ordered 2 burrito bowls with veggies, rice and the whole 9 yards. They did not give me salsa, veggies, the correct rice, or queso. When I asked the manager to fix it or at least refund they refused because “the food was already assembled”

how are they out of everything somehow like… also they are awkward and didn’t even ask if i wanted a burrito just started giving me a bowl like dam.
Used to get lunch here all the time. Then they didn't pay their employees enough and they couldn't hire anyone, then all the "supply chain" issues and I got tired of showing up and half their menu was missing. I decided to try them again today but, nope, no guacamole and no salad dressing. Just not worth it. Maybe I'll try again next year, but I wouldn't recommend it. Better places for lunch exist.
