The tables weren’t clean, we had to clean our table by ourselves. The chicken was a little bit over cooked. There was a long line of people, so we waited for a while. In general, the overall rating would be 3 / 5

The facts: the food was okay, we went in the morning when everything was freshly stock and got take out. The fajitas were okay, I had better and the rice and beans were served really well and a good portion for the beans, the sour cream was fresh and so was the lettuce. The guacamole looked a bit bad.
Overall rating : 3.5/5
The service: there was a nice lady and she helped out a lot.
The recommendation: go at a not so busy time and avoid rush hour in...

I’m never particularly impressed with this chipotle, but not for the fault of the employees—who are always hard at work when I go in there— but because of management. Every time, the online orders are so backed up, I always anticipate 10-20 minutes longer than it claims for my order to be ready—and sometimes it takes even longer. I don’t feel particularly sympathetic about this, however, because the chipotle app makes it easier than literally ever before in human history...
