Fastest drive thru anywhere in the Bangor area. They run this thing like the Navy. I could show up with 5 more minutes to get to work and two cars in front of me, the people that work here will make it happen every time. Make fast food fast again!

This is my first stop right out of the airport !
I fly into town to visit family. I have been stopping here for decades now.
I live in the south and we didn't used to have DD any where around. So, too get my fix, this is the place !!
The staff have always been friendly and helpful. My mom would call ahead and see if they had my favorite donuts in stock. If not, they would makes some up !! Oh, gosh, such a nice thing to do !
Of course during my stay we'd have to drop by a time or two. Might not always be this one, but this is if def my First and Last stop in town.
The store is always clean and service is great. No issues.
I most highly recommend this place for anyone passing thru - if you are a local then you probably already know.
Food is to standard unfortunately Dunkin will only ever get 4 stars unless they redo their ingredients. In essence its a dunks, but the service was top notch, easlch person was doing what they were supposed to and doing it with muster! Great job!

I don't know why this is becoming a common practice with Dunkin in areas where there's more tourism and in tail younger employees but I don't understand what's so hard about lattes.. I ordered a large iced latte with butter pecan (unspecified amount of pumps which I assumed meant the standard amount) and I got a cup of milk with a single pump of butter pecan. No espresso in this cup whatsoever.

Smells pretty bad in here. The staff constantly was negative, used bad language, and made fun of every customer that entered the building. I would recommend maybe just grabbing from the drive thru.
I sat in the car while my wife went inside to use the restroom and order us some food. She came out with our food and drinks and told me how disgusting the bathroom was. Then, we started eating our food, and 3 bites into my breakfast sandwich I see a hair, but, not just any hair. It was a black curly/kinky type of hair. One that usually only one specific area of the body holds, and I don't mean on top of your head. We were absolutely horrified and disgusted. DO NOT GO HERE!
