We went through the drive thru at Odlin road location in Bangor, the server at the window was slow. She picked up my cup the cover came off and spilled down the cup put that cup inside another cup and passed it through. NOT IMPRESSED. The hot chocolate tasted like hot water with no flavor.

How hard can it be to get medium coffee with 3 cream, right? They gave me a med coffee with 4 French vanilla shots and 4 cream so i take it back and first thing they were taking an ice coffee back they got wrong and then they just left me standing there waiting after I went thru drive thru once I should not have had to wait? I waiked out anyway. No, dunken Donuts can do anything any more kids today don't want to learn. They get most orders wrong these days. Go to another coffee store.

This DD never gets orders right. And then you get a smug reply to your questions regarding your order at the window. FYI Dunkin’ in Dexter always does well and great employees and service. The rest seem to be competing for poorest service award.

I am a teacher and I stop at this Dunkin every morning at around 7 am. The employees here are incredible. They are hard working and so their absolute best. I order. Walk in To go order every morning. Most mornings it is ready and waiting for me but occasionally they are out of an item because their supply hasn't been restocked. They go above and beyond to try to give me a better alternative. I am giving a 5 star rating solely because of the hard working of the morning crew. They always have a smile and start my day out right with their hard work and attitude.

A new trainee made the experience quite enjoyable. The food and coffee were great as always.
When they are busy, they do not pay attention to orders for walk-in pickup if they don't include drinks. Waited 20 minutes inside the store after placing a mobile order for a sandwich before I arrived. No one asked about the order to tell me that they didn't have the bacon, but they were never going to actually make the sandwich. And the person who checked on it was less than pleasant or helpful as she didn't even offer to refund me. I had to ask for it. Very poor service! I didn't have a problem with the wait time because they were really busy. I was very patient - until I found out I was waiting for nothing.
