Ordered a flat white, was told that wasn't a thing sold anywhere. When I explained what it was the employees began talking about me as if I wasn't standing there, and they still got my drink and food order wrong.

Wait until corporate revamps this place to go back. They drop your food loose in the bag, with no wrapping or protective paper. And if you try to call them to ask about that, the phone is mysteriously busy for over 10 minutes... in 2025... when call waiting is common. Do they take their phone off the hook so they won't have to answer the phone? I don't know, but they're not professional enough for me to trust the food that comes out of here again.

I was very excited to find a hotel directly next door to a Dunkin. But I was then disappointed when I found out that they don't have snacking bacon right now, because they usually like to cook it and let it sit out for a while before they serve it. Gross. The guy at the window refused to cook it fresh.
Edit: Annnnd I didn't get a straw.

Great job this morning by the short staffed team. 3 of their co-workers did not show up for duty this am and the 3 who were there, did a great job getting orders processed and dealing with a few frustrated customers due to the delays. Bravo!
Another dunkin! They crew was quick to let us know they were out of some ingredients before we ordered to help expedite the plorsering and save the disappointment. Store was relatively clean with no vagrants hanging around outside!

This is the worst dunkin' donuts in bangor the coffee is always horrible the service is always horrible; the double charge me for my order do hair people hollering at you in the background on the speaker through the drive-thru very unprofessional should be closed down

We drove to Maine all the way from New York. After a long drive and a hassle to find a hotel. We ended up in a hotel right next to this Dunkin location. Pleased to have a Dunkin Donuts next to us.
But our pleasure soon became a nightmare as soon as we entered this store. Today around 2:00 - 3:00 pm there was this specific employee, (A lady to be precise) was so rude and disrespectful, who made us feel totally uncomfortable to place our order. She gave one word answers and neglecting our freedom to place an order. Even there other male employee felt bad for how she treated us and he came and took care of our order.
We were left speechless. I dont what she was going through, maybe she had a bad day or she doesn't like to work or she didnt like our skin color. But thats not the way to treat customers and visiters to your beautiful town and state. I would say its an utter disappointment for our visit in Maine. Driving back to NYC with a bad experience. Unfortunately from now onwards, when I hear the word Maine. This bad and hurtful experience is always going to be in my mind..
