Dunkin' has made the large hot coffee smaller. The manager also lied to my face and said they didn't, but they did. The large cup is now barely 1/2 inch taller than the medium which makes them practically the same size. Before when you bought a large you could plainly see that it was a large. Basically it's now $3.50 for a medium coffee. Dunkin' sucks

I ordered hash browns which look like someone just crushed them in the little container ordered a bacon cheese egg croissant was thrown in the bag and a large coffee that leaked all over my truck was not impressed but I was served with a smile lol this place gets a thumbs down

I went yesterday, the new staff is SO much nicer! I'm going to start coming in more often. No one got mad at me about ice, and the atmosphere was overall a lot more pleasant!
Waiting 20 plus minutes for 2 coffees is not acceptable for any reason. Mobile orders and drive thru bumpin customers waiting is a failed business model. Waited almost 30 minutes for 2 iced coffees, insanity,
