Got a bagel with cream cheese for $3.99, it was really good. A little pricey, but a nice treat here and there. Good location, right off I-95

1 star by default. This place sucks! If I could do zero stars I would. Their machines that make certain drinks is conveniently “down” way before close. No tap pay at drive thru is the ONLY Dunkin in this area that won’t accept it. NO SIGNS TO TELL YOU AS WAIT IN THE LINE EITHER! Highly recommend literally ANY other Dunkin in town AVOID THIS HEADACHE!

The best coffee out of the national chains. They could definitely do more to accommodate those with gluten issues but they are totally dairy issue friendly.

Every. Single. Time I order from here there is something wrong. Why do I keep ordering from here you ask? DD automatically gives me this one when I order from work. I can’t choose a different location or I would. They totally didn’t give me my hot chocolate with espresso, the messed up my friends coffee, my other friends energy punch, and the donuts on the order. As someone that works at a restaurant.. I expect better. I expect my staff to look at their tickets and make the food correctly. This is wild to me. Now I have to leave work to go pick up my hot chocolate because God forbid I was able to get a refund. I won’t be Door dashing Dunkin anymore because it’ll being me to this store and I won’t be going back to this one again.

If you advertise a drink made with oat milk at a certain price it is false advertisement to charge extra. It’s false advertising and subject to a civil lawsuit or maybe several lawsuits!!
MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO HAVE A PRICING MEETING!! It’s the point!!

In my five visits to this establishment over the past two weeks, I have experienced errors with my coffee order four times. Is it unrealistic to expect that the milk alternative clearly marked on the label be used, considering that the customer is paying for this specific ingredient, which is also driven by dietary needs rather than personal preference? Not that it should matter that it's a dairy issue, the customer is paying for it therefore it should be done. It's on the label. It's been paid for. Pay attention.

Dietary restrictions: They don't read the labels therefore messing up and potentially causing harm to customers.
