Very disappointed. We had dinner at the Epic Buffet this past Saturday evening with a couple of friends of ours. This was our first time coming here in about 6 or 7 years. We remember it being good back then, but that certainly was not our experience this time. For starters, it ended up costing nearly $100 for 4 people, which is outrageous for a buffet. The buffet was not well stocked at all. The food that was left looked and tasted like it had been sitting out all day. It was probably what was leftover from lunch. It was obvious that they hadn't restocked for dinner. The food was not fresh and the items that were supposed to be hot were only about room temperature. I will say that our waitress was great about refilling our drinks, but that definitely did not make up for the rest of our experience. We were very disappointed and frustrated, especially after how much money we had spent on a slim selection of subpar food. We will not be returning.

The food here is very good. There is a wide range of choices in the salad bar section. Lots of hor derves type items. Different Italian selections. Small and tasty treats as well.

Find somewhere else to eat, seafood is awful and generally nonexistent. Popcorn shrimp, battered fish and some cod. Given that you're in Maine you would expect better. Enjoy!!

Spent sometime playing at the Casino on a recent Saturday night, family members suggested we dine at the buffet. I did a walk through, and it looked fine, clean with a good selection. My only complaint was the quality of the food, and unfortunately volume does not make up for poor taste. Food was usually over seasoned, and generally average or below average quality. I usually like buffets but can honestly say, I would never return. I did not feel the $25-26 per person accurately represented the food quality.

we don't gamble but stopped in for 20 minutes. We won $280.00 and left. They could offer more options as it is mostly slots

Not at all impressed. Food was cold. Not a big selection. Way too much fish. Military discount only applied to one meal and we both have cards. Seems like it continues to go downhill each visit. $50 bucks is too much for a couple slices of cold crunchy pizza. Disappointed for sure.

This place is a rip off !! I went there for a good buffet. What i got out is $90.00 for 4 people. The food was cold and it tasted anything but good. If you want a buffet go to the Happy China Buffet(that buffet is by the mall). This 'epic buffet' was not epic.

Upon opening this site had limited traffic. I would not recommend this place, and asked for a refund. Food was cold dry and frankly I couldn't even swallow my test bite. This place needs management changes before I will recommend it. If I were you I would pass and go to the 99 hop house nextdoor.

The people were nice but all of the food was terrible and old. The only saving grace was that they had an omelette station... that was the only chance you had to get food that was prepared in the same week.

overpriced for what food was offered. they had advertised seafood . there was not much of that and it tasted like it was leftover from yesterday, do yourself a favor go some where else
