This is our favorite place to come for sandwiches, coffee and, of course, pastries! They also have a variety of meals for take home, as well as pizza, bread, and much more. I also want to note that the young women who take the orders are unfailingly friendly and give exceptional service. I could go on and on, but I particularly want to mention that they have more gluten free options than any other place in this area. We have been and will continue to be frequent customers. Interestingly, we almost always encounter our friends here and also enjoy the friendliness of many of the other customers. So grateful to have a place like Frank's Bakery!

Everytime we are in Bangor we stop to get baked goods for the family. They serve many tasty treats from Whoopie Pies, homemade cookies, pizza, etc...Always had great service and would recommend to anyone looking for great tasting baked goods. They also have seating inside if you want to eat it there.

Franks is the absolute BEST! My family has been going here for years. No matter what you order it is always amazing. Their decorated sugar cookies are my personal favorite, and anytime we go for lunch the food is delicious. The whole family and all the employees are also incredibly nice and helpful.

The team went out of their way to make me something that had been sold out for the day. The team here is always nice and positive, always a joy, no matter how busy they are. Producing different twists on my favorite treats keeps me coming back.

One of the best pepperoni pizzas I've ever had. The crust was very light and crispy perfection. The sauce was very tasty, nice tang, a really well balanced pie.

I picked up some rolls and cream horns to bring home, they look amazing.

The service was fantastic, very friendly and helpful. Prices are very reasonable for these high quality product.

I am probably lucky I live over two hours away, I would be in here several times a week otherwise.

I can’t recommend Frank’s Bake Shop enough, especially if you have a gluten allergy. Their homemade gluten-free bread is truly outstanding—it’s flavorful, soft, and holds together beautifully (no crumbling like most GF bread!). I ordered the 95 South Sandwich on gluten-free bread, grilled instead of toasted, and I’m still speechless. Absolute heaven!
