The prices seemed very reasonable. Unfortunately the portioned ingredients on my sandwich were scant at best, and I left feeling ripped-off anyway.

I ordered a grilled cheese and bowl of soup for lunch today and it was absolutely amazing! It was missing the bacon I added, which didn’t take away from the greatness of this meal. I let the staff know and they credited me even though I fought them not too because it was still a great meal! Very kind manager and impressive team over there! Very mindful, very considerate, so so demure!

I pop in and get a salad or a sandwich when working now and then. I like the atmosphere and the food is decent(not great). Definitely pricey..the chefs salad with a 20% tip is pushing $15. More expensive than subway but slightly better quality. The workers are always pleasant but for the most part don't seem to care. The napkin trays are empty some of the time. Last time I was in the Columbus street location I waited about 20 min at my table(it was completely empty inside) til the girl brought my salad. No fork. She says oh whoops no problem I'll be right back. She never came back. After a good 6 or 7 minutes I went around the corner and her and the other guy working were just standing there in casual conversation. At this point I'll admit, I'm kinda pissed. I want to be out working(uber driver) and not waiting for a fork. I was like can I get a fork please? And she was like oh, you need a fork? Like she didn't even remember not bringing one to me 10 min earlier. They must have been stoned out of their minds. The location off of griffin st is a bit better but it's tiny and you have to walk into the kitchen to use the bathroom. So, overall, I like the r n'r decor, the foods alright but pricy and the service needs an upgrade.

Every single time I come here I leave 100% satisfied. The food is incredible. The food is made in a timely fashion. And everyone who works there is so courteous and kind and just overall fantastic. I always look forward to coming here. Cannot recommend it enough.

Good sandwiches but a 30 minute wait is insane. Looks like they started offering delivery and havent quite figured out how to keep up with the orders. Hope they work it out.
A smaller more hidden location near the Bangor DMV. Great fast services and delectable sandwiches.

Waited for 20 minutes for a takeout order of sandwich and a Caesar salad. The salad was $11 and consisted of iceberg lettuce, a few croutons and a handful of shredded cheese slivers. No salad dressing was included, even though another customer came back after picking up her own salad to complain that the dressing was missing. The salesgirl didn’t know how to make change and had to ask one of the cooks. Pretty sad excuse for a “deli”!
