I ordered a grilled cheese and bowl of soup for lunch today and it was absolutely amazing! It was missing the bacon I added, which didn’t take away from the greatness of this meal. I let the staff know and they credited me even though I fought them not too because it was still a great meal! Very kind manager and impressive team over there! Very mindful, very considerate, so so demure!
I pop in and get a salad or a sandwich when working now and then. I like the atmosphere and the food is decent(not great). Definitely pricey..the chefs salad with a 20% tip is pushing $15. More expensive than subway but slightly better quality. The workers are always pleasant but for the most part don't seem to care. The napkin trays are empty some of the time. Last time I was in the Columbus street location I waited about 20 min at my table(it was completely empty inside)...
Every single time I come here I leave 100% satisfied. The food is incredible. The food is made in a timely fashion. And everyone who works there is so courteous and kind and just overall fantastic. I always look forward to coming here. Cannot recommend it enough.
