Me and 2 of my buddies all under the age of 21 ended up getting stuck in Bangor due to snow. We looked around for awhile asking different hotels if we could book a room at 18 and got denied until we found the Hilton. The staff was super friendly and welcoming and let us get a room of super late notice. They had a nice little gym with some decent equipment to get a good little workout in. Pool and hot tub were good too. Our room so exceptionally clean when we got there overall...
I have no idea how a hotel this nice exists in my backyard. I traveled halfway across the country and didn't find anything this nice. My wife and I came here for a 3 day-2 night stay to decompress and it was a marvelous escape.
This is a really nice Hilton property. Walking in the lobby, it was stunning. They had a nice sitting area but did not have the fireplace going. It was 9 degrees while we were there. It has a business center but it is literally right next to the front desk. The lobby has a coffee station right in the lobby too (took away from the classiness, but that is just my opinion). People clearly enjoyed being able to grab a coffee. The pool and spa looked great. I am sorry I did not bring...
