Ichiban is amazing! I've tried Asian restaurants all over the United States and have never found a place better than Ichiban right here in my home state! The food is on another level, and they take the utmost care in their ingredients, the preparation, and the presentation of their dishes. The owners are incredible people, and their staff is second-to-none! They have dishes to please everyone - you don't have to be a fan of sushi, though their sushi is delicious and so fresh! If you prefer cooked seafood or veggies, try their delectable maki rolls! Are your children a bit more choosy with their food? The salmon, chicken, and beef teriyaki dinners can't be beat! Truly love Ichiban and will be a life-long customer!

Don’t let the location fool you! I ordered takeout here, and somehow managed to order everything except a Japanese dish. I can be a bit picky after growing up in japan, but let me tell you… even just the side salad made my day! The dressing on it took me back!! I’m excited to try more of their food, I’m very pleased.

I regret not coming to this place sooner. A very great experience from my starter drink to the dessert. Great anniversary dinner, the soft shell carb was delicious and the cruise boat was a great way to try all types of fish.
