Food was fantastic, staff (both front and back of house) were friendly and helpful, prices were very reasonable, clean bathrooms. Wish they had takoyaki (only because I've been craving it recently) but otherwise I had a wonderful dining experience.

Best sushi in the Bangor area! Served without any sort of political messages, unlike a certain MAGA establishment in Brewer.

Ichiban is amazing! I've tried Asian restaurants all over the United States and have never found a place better than Ichiban right here in my home state! The food is on another level, and they take the utmost care in their ingredients, the preparation, and the presentation of their dishes. The owners are incredible people, and their staff is second-to-none! They have dishes to please everyone - you don't have to be a fan of sushi, though their sushi is delicious and so fresh! If you prefer cooked seafood or veggies, try their delectable maki rolls! Are your children a bit more choosy with their food? The salmon, chicken, and beef teriyaki dinners can't be beat! Truly love Ichiban and will be a life-long customer!
