I use to really love the buffalo chicken pizza but something has changed and it's not good anymore. All the pieces seem to be the same but the consistency is gone. Sometimes I'll get hardly any buffalo sauce other times it's drowning in buffalo sauce. Other times the ranch or the cheese is off or combinations of things are wrong. I've ordered from both the Stillwater and Hammond Street locations and the issue is the same at both. I've been ordering the buffalo chicken pizza for something like 9 years and it only started to get bad once the Stillwater location opened. I'm really sad to say it, but I think I'm done ordering from here.

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and disgust with the appalling behavior exhibited by the manager (I think her name is Jessica) at your establishment. During my recent visit to your restaurant, I was subjected to a series of uncomfortable and wholly inappropriate remarks made by the manager that left me feeling deeply disrespected and disturbed. Not only did the manager fail to conduct themselves with the professionalism and courtesy expected in a customer service role, but their behavior crossed the line into harassment. Their snarky comments and creepy demeanor created a hostile and unwelcoming atmosphere that completely ruined what should have been an enjoyable dining experience. It is completely unacceptable for any member of your staff, especially someone in a position of authority like a manager, to behave in such a manner. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect and dignity, and I refuse to patronize an establishment that condones or tolerates such behavior. I urge you to take immediate and decisive action to address this issue and ensure that all staff members are properly trained in appropriate customer service practices. Until such time as I am confident that steps have been taken to rectify this situation, I will be taking my business elsewhere and will be sure to share my experience with others.
