They will never fix the issues that are seen repeated all over review sites. Reason being is that they just do NOT care. It doesn’t matter if you enjoy your job. When you take on the job there’s an implied responsibility to do it right. Job ethic is important. That is your name attached to your work. They don’t care. None of that matters. I usually don’t do Facebook reviews. However, Jersey Mike went above and beyond then what Ubereats did. Long story short they treated me like family and had taken responsibility for a situation that Ubereats created. Thank you so much for everything today. It has made my day. If the general manager sees this the whole team at the Bangor location deserves something. #ThankYouJerseyMikes!
After giving Jersey Mike’s, Bangor a chance to redeem themselves multiple times, they disappoint in new ways with each visit. The subs are good but the service is awful. The wait time for mobile orders is way off, often by more than 20 minutes and the employees often don’t acknowledge you’re there, even at the drive up window for more than 5 minutes.
