Got a sandwich the other night after hearing good things. Sandwich was ok. Ingredients were fresh, bread was dry and slightly tough. Nothing like the Old man with white hair and an original Coffee Pot full of flavor.

Spent 30 minutes waiting for a mobile pickup that was deemed ‘finished’ then watched an entire lobby empty TWICE before the issue was resolved. As a professional delivery service this is unacceptable. Never again.

They will never fix the issues that are seen repeated all over review sites. Reason being is that they just do NOT care. It doesn’t matter if you enjoy your job. When you take on the job there’s an implied responsibility to do it right. Job ethic is important. That is your name attached to your work. They don’t care. None of that matters. When they DO get someone who operates that way, they get rid of them. Crew gossip, and commentary (which a large majority of aren’t said TO management) can render someone unemployed. It’s operated like a high school, cliques and all. Store management, and upper management are very young. Older managers wouldn’t even bother, as conflict, and clashing personalities happen. Adults can work around such people. The chaos, the inability to churn out orders in a timely fashion is due to the management not giving the proper tools to the team. They don’t even care/notice that they lack them. It’s just sad because that place has so much potential. They employees just don’t care. Plain and simple. They’re there for the check. That’s it.

Dietary restrictions: When I go to Jersey Mike's I throw any dietary restrictions out the window & treat myself to a delicious sandwich plus I take one home for later.

3 guys pulled off a better sandwich than what 5 Guys has ever done for me. Somehow got the food out quickly in spite of being understaffed. Good job!

Incredible food and great service! I stop by whenever I’m in the area.
Decent food but going here is an absolute nightmare. Wait time is always long so I placed my order online. Got there and the inside line was 20+ people and pick up line was 4. Got in the pickup line and it quickly became evident the employees weren’t serving that line. I stood there for 20 minutes behind other people before someone finally made eye contact and I could ask for my order. I won’t be returning. Food isn’t good enough to be worth it.
