Sandwiches was great. While waiting, listening to the employees speaking to the customer in front of me gave me a bad taste. Just because she didn't didn't know what Mikes way was. The lady employee was very rude.

I recently visited the Jersey Mike’s on Stillwater in Bangor and had a disappointing experience. I ordered a 13 regular on rosemary parmesan bread with no vinegar. The staff member initially added vinegar to my sandwich, so I had to request a remake. While watching her prepare the sandwich, I noticed that she was putting lettuce that had fallen out of other customers’ sandwiches back into the bin, and it was soaked in vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper. As a result, even the remade sandwich still had a vinegar taste. This was quite off-putting, and I hope the store can address this issue for a better experience in the future.

I have a gluten allergy. I tried a hot sandwich at Jersey Mike's a few months ago and asked if they would toast the gluten-free bread/roll. They did and the sandwich was amazing! I have been craving it ever since. Our closest location is an hour away. Today we had to go to Bangor and I found out there is a location close to where we would be. Well the enthusiasm ended there because they told me they aren't allowed to toast anything. If you know gluten free bread, you know that it sucks the life out of anything put on it by absorbing the moisture of the other ingredients. Toasting at least slows down the process. No way was I going to pay that much for a sandwich that would fall apart before I ate half of it. I got a salad because we were there and hungry, but this is the last time I will go there. Too bad, they had a really good thing going and corporate put a stop to it. The salad was good but not what I went there for.

I always doordash so atmosphere is just my home so it's a five. Listen you don't have options for special orders but that's okay because I just call Nick and tell him I need extra splashes of whatever you put on this magical goodness. You guys are doing God's work making sandwiches with this very simple vinaigrette that I love so much. God's work 🙏 Nick is the best.

I'm a New Jersey transplant in Maine. I've been enjoying these subs for 40+ years. Mom worked at the original Jersey Mike's in Pt. Pleasant, NJ when she was a teen. The subs are 2nd to none! The original Owner Mr Cancro has been a family friend for 50 years and is one of the most generous when it comes to charity work! Try them!

When made right the sandwiches are bomb. However, expect it to be wrong. JM corporate is great and will refund you but it’s a hassle. Also it takes this staff FOREVER to make your food. If you online order, it’ll prompt you 15-20 mins, expect it to take an hour.

I ordered the mikes hot honey chicken cheesesteak, and asked to add jalapeño’s. The lady asked me if onions and hot honey was okay on the sandwich and I said yes. I got home with my sandwich and there was only pepperoni, chicken, and cheese on my sub. Not hot honey, jalapeños, or onions. I’m usually not one to complain but I’m pregnant and i can’t have what I’m really craving so I’m just really bummed. $13 is crazy for not getting what you want 😂
