This is the only KFC I will go to in my area. The other is pathetic... This place the workers are friendly, the store is spotless, and my order is never wrong... Unlike Waterville witch sould just be shut down.

My family went here and ordered food tonight got a 16 piece bucket, got home this is what the chicken looked like straight out of the bucket!! It was super soggy the breading fell right off from it being soggy and half of it looked uncooked!! This place needs to learn how to serve food without trying to give people food poisoning !!! Spent 40$ on disgusting food 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡🤮

Ordered through the KFC website, had it delivered. I was missing half of my meal, I asked if I could come pick up the rest of my meal. They told me no and that I had to call corporate. 13 dollar refund on a 50 dollar meal that was cold, and disgusting. 🤢

I bought the 12 piece meal last night. The chicken was okay. The potatoes and coleslaw weren't full and one of the gravies was literally darkened water. The biscuits were the best part of the meal. The person that took my order wasn't very friendly. No senior or veteran discount. 👎👎👎 Not worth $43.

However, the team here is WAY overworked. The night shift needs more hands on deck, or maybe deliveries for apps like doordash, etc. need to be turned off after a certain hour. This team was working hard to get the food out, but they were (understandably) overwhelmed by the sheer volume of orders. Give them a break!
THE food was great, LOW waiting time, they TAPER the seasoning perfectly, so the after taste doesn’t just FADE away. Other reviews make this place look like a MEME, but IS STILL my favorite restaurant on broadway. They gave me so much food for little cost my stomach is MASSIVE!

I had a pretty disappointing experience at the KFC on Broadway in Bangor. I ordered a dinner box, and unfortunately, the chicken was soggy, which made it less enjoyable than I expected. To top it off, everything in the box was thrown around, making the meal messy and unappetizing.
I also tried to ask an employee about their sauce options to engage a bit, but he completely ignored me. He rudely tossed my food through the window without saying a word, which felt really disrespectful. Overall, the service was lacking, and the food didn’t meet the usual KFC standard. I’d definitely reconsider returning to this location after that experience.

Horrible, do not eat here. Dirty and long wait for food because staff is incompetent. They were mostly in the back BS’ing instead of cooking. The food was not made correctly and everything was overly greasy. Obvious they don’t clean the oil out , worst fast food location I’ve even been to.
