Went to this KFC for the first time in years, and it was a huge mistake. After placing my order, I watched the employee assembling food while wearing gloves but she kept wiping those same gloves on her clothes. Then, unbelievably, she put a french fry in her mouth while continuing to handle customers’ food. In the entire 15 minutes I stood there, she never changed her gloves once.
On top of that, the soda fountain area was filthy. The mat was completely soaked, and the whole station looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in all day.
I am not a confrontational person. I was so disgusted that I took my food outside and threw it straight to the trash. Never again 🤢🤮

Only reason I gave a 2 star is cause felt like jerk leaving 1 star. For as busy as they were (waited bout 20+ minutes in drivethru) the food should have been a lot fresher. Could only eat couple of my fried pickles and chicken wasn't that good either. I go to popeyes usually which is 2 hours away instead of going to kfc 15 minutes from me. I am in the food industry so understand busy but quality should not go out the window
