Our chef was amazing. Our server I believe her name was Lily was fantastic. I had such a blast and the food was unbelievable
3.9 / 5 ⭐️ Food is very good and fresh. Best Crab Rangoons in town!! Only downfall is the amount of shrimp and scallops you get, especially for the price. For some reason if anybody on your half of the hibachi orders shrimp it means everyone gets 2 as a taster. Which is fine it’s something that I ordered, and I only ended up getting 6 shrimp and only 5 scallops. Very disappointing in that regard. My recommendation for anybody eating at the hibachi, don’t order the shrimp, you’ll just get 2 anyways without ordering them.
Absolutely terrible service. Waited a hour for two sushi rolls and some beef broccoli. When the beef broccoli came out we had to send it back because it was cold. Not to mention people came in after us was seated and had there food before we even got ours. While the waitress messed up another table and gave them free desserts all she offered us was sorry. Never even seen a manager or had anyone else come by. This place needs to learn customer service and not be selective to who you take care of. I recommend you find somewhere else before going here

Been going here for years, but this last visit will make me not go back. They did have a sign on the door about staffing like so many places but at noon on a Thursday they seemed well staffed at leas a dozen people that we saw. But there was definitely something wrong. Our kitchen meals came out before our sushi and one of our 3 rolls didn't arrive until we were basically ready for the check. The bao buns were oddly sweet and flavorless at the same time and they were cold in the middle (frozen?). My pad thai was as if made by someone with a vauge idea of what it should be but no real knowledge. It was spaghetti, a half cup of uncooked green pepper slices (not a normale pad thai ingredient) and rubbery breaded tofu mixed with the rubbery breaded chicken. For $110 at lunch it was not worth it just on the food and being told things weren't ready yet. Understandable if we were first through the door just as thwy were opening but at an hour into their day, everything should have been ready to go.
The kicker for me was the fact that some random person walked out of the kitchen and wheeled a garbage bin clearly full of trash (you could see trash bags sticking out of the not fully closed lid) right through the dining room. Admittedly through the section they were not seating people in yet, but it was the carpeted section. Pretty sure that is frowned on in the industry and certainly put an end to me wanting to eat more.

Food was ok but very expensive. Miso soup was cold and hot sake must have been heated in microwave, it was cold in 5 minutes.
It was not busy but very slow service all around. They sat us at a table that had no server so the poor server that was waiting on way too many tables took care of us. 45 minutes to get a soup, sushi roll and fried rice! 2nd bad experience here, won't be back.

Very animated staff, actually too animated. They were literally yelling in my husbands ear. It was so loud his ear was ringing. I also think they should not be so forceful trying to throw pee, pee water in diners mouths. If you say no we mean no. It was just too over the top. We've been to many hibatchi places and the chefs just need to dial it down here.

The chef was definitely a showman. We were 6 of 8 guests in the place and it took 40 minutes to get the chef to us. Foods always good, but I had to take my daughter to work the second the food was served.

We took four children for a birthday dinner. The hibachi chef was astounding! He came with fire in his hat, which the children loved and he included them in the show. He was very skilled and personable. The food was tasty and there was lots of it.

Horrible service at the front desk waited 30 minutes past pick up time… wasn’t able to be refunded either. Horrible experience all around unfortunately

We had a great time, portions are way smaller than they used to be, and my food tasted different than other people's that were there. It was good, but not as good as it used to be.

The food was amazing, and so was the show, I wish they had name tags because the guy cooking was so fun, but it was definitely weird because there were a ton of open tables, and they sat a group right next to us. Like actually in the chair next to us, and thankfully, they were nice, but it would ruin the experience if they were rude, so I think it's just bad planning to put 2 groups at one table
