Grew up, enjoying the coffee pots, and now whenever I’m in Bangor, my first stop is Legacy. I will be there October 21 from Fl. Can’t wait

I love that I could order online for morning pickup. My order was correct. The cookies were delicious- wish I had bought more. We enjoyed our sandwiches.

Delicious. The Tourney Time, instead of deli slices, has roasted turkey pulled into pieces, which I like.
GREAT local sub shop, prompt, efficient service. Kind staff. Good portions.

The best sandwich’s around! Especially the veggie option #11 with hummus! This is a wonderful locally owned small business!

I couldn’t decide if I should write this review or not but since I never reported it to the state health department but I should at least let others know. I ordered a super deluxe several months ago, when I got home I noticed the ham was missing. Not necessarily a big deal, I just called the store and told them I’d be back to get it fixed. Mistakes happen. When I arrived at the store a man comes out of the kitchen holding the ham with his bare hands, slaps the ham on the dirty counter, opens up my sandwich, and plops that hunk of ham down like it was the most normal thing he’s ever done. To say I was shocked would be an understatement. I didn’t even say anything at first, I just watched in horror, too stunned to get words out of my mouth. Eventually I was like whoa buddy did you just slap the ham on the counter before putting it on my sandwich? The response I got was “I just cleaned the counter”. My brother in Christ, that was the most disgusting thing I’ve ever whitenessed at a restaurant. I was still too stunned to actually do anything about so I just left and when I got home I threw it out. I don’t understand why he wouldn’t have brought the sandwich back to the kitchen to fix it, although I guess it was better for me to whiteness first hand, what would have been going on if I didn’t watch. I don’t believe business should be punished on social media for minor offenses, however this was so egregious I must write about it. I never reported to the state health department because I got too busy. I still think about this experience and I hope that employee gets the help he needs, food safety is actually important.

Both me and my partner agree this is our favorite sandwich shop in the Bangor/Brewer area.
Vegetarian options: If you can't see it on the menu, you can absolutely ask.
Dietary restrictions: They can accommodate within their means. The pickle sandwich is supposed to be a gluten free option if I remember correctly.
Kid-friendliness: They have PBJ (peanut butter and jelly) or PBF (peanut butter and fluff)
Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp and I don't think it's overtly steep.

Found it to be very disappointingThought it would be high quality but far from itChicken salad was a soup of mayonnaise with little cranberries and walnutsDidn’t ask or provided option for whole wheat bread and ask for lettuce and got cheese on topAlso didn’t look very cleanI would have been better of buying food at the airportThe ladies were nice but the set up is strange as the Subs are not prepared in front of you but in a room on the side of order area
