Authentic Thai Salads
Larb Gai Salad
A traditional Thai salad consisting of ground chicken, lime leaf, onion, mint, scallion, ground chilies, and ground roasted rice atop a bed of lettuce.
Plar Nur Salad
Sliced beef mixed with chili paste, lemongrass, and sliced fresh vegetables.
House Salad
Fresh greens with carrot, cucumber, and broccoli. Topped with house-made peanut, and cucumber sauces.
Papaya Salad
Shredded papaya, garlic, thai chili, carrot, green bean, peanuts, lime juice, fish sauce, and tomato. Served with sticky rice.
Mango Salad
Shredded mango, ground chicken, onion, mint, ginger, cilantro, peanut, hot chilies, and lime juice. Topped with fried shallot.

Pad Thai
Our pad Thai is an old family recipe made with no fish sauce. Thin rice noodles stir-fried with scallions, beansprouts, egg, and peanuts.
Drunken Noodle
Fresh, wide, hand-cut rice noodles (subject to availability) wok'd with broccoli, green peppers, beansprouts, egg, and bamboo shoots in a spicy and tangy chili sauce.
Lad Nar
Soft, wide, rice noodles lightly wok'd with vegetables, egg, seafood, and in a light gravy sauce.
Tonkatsu Pad Thai
Crispy golden panko fried chicken atop our traditional pad thai.

Mango Curry
Coconut milk, freshly-sliced mango, bell peppers, onions, bamboo shoots, and green peas in a rich coconut curry sauce. Served with jasmine rice.
Gaeng Kiew Wan Curry
Green curry with eggplant, green bean, zucchini, and Thai basil leaves. Served with jasmine rice.
Spicy Pad Ped Curry
Traditional Thai curry with no coconut milk. Bamboo shoots, green beans, green peppers, Thai basil, and carrots in a spicy curry paste sauce. Served with jasmine rice.

Coconut milk, masaman curry, potatoes, carrots, onions, and peanuts. Served with jasmine rice.

We eat here every week or two. We LOVE it. I've had their Pho, their Pad Thai, their drunken noodles, and eggrolls. All were terrific. Really sweet people, too. Oh yeah, the Thai ice tea is fantastic.

Had a wonderful dinner with a wonderful woman(my wife)! If you're looking for delicious thai dishes, this is the place. Hard to choose the wrong dish here as it is all amazing.

I’m not from Maine and trust me, this Thai food matches up to authentic Thai food in major cities. It is amazing. The duck special & fried rice is our favourite. They can do low to high spice.
