As a customer, I witnessed management treat their employees like absolute garbage. That caused the employees to speak to me and numerous other customers in a very undesirable way. However, I understand the stress of a terrible boss and I knew not to take it personally.
Additionally, I waited over 15 minutes for my food, which had a hair in it. And when I kindly asked for a full refund, a female manager gave me nothing but glares and a disrespectful tone.

Place was extremely sow at 1041pm service wise. Think we sat in the drive through for about 15 min after ordering and was the only car. Order was wrong but didn't notice until we got back to the hotel. Bust. Food was cold and the onions were just pulled off of a re heated burger. Rockin.
Found hair in my food alot pretty mid and honestly sick of eating human hair from this place.

Did not receive my 20 piece chicken nuggets only got 9 and was charged for 20. I also didn't get any sweet n sour sauce when I asked for extra. My Big Mac was made incorrectly. I will not return to this McDonalds again. They have messed up my order for the last time.

Watched an employee wipe the entire restaurant down with the same wipe. Garbage, window sills, tables, the counter. Disgusting! 🤮 Then she was the girl delivering food to the table. Gross!!! Imagine what's happening in the kitchen if this is happening in the front of house.
