This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever gone to. You order their food from DoorDash you don’t receive all of your food so you go to the store to pick the rest of your meal up and they tell you that they can’t do anything to help you. A month ago I had an issue with the same store and I put a call out to corporate and I’m still waiting to hear from them. I will never buy food from Union Street McDonald’s again.

I can not say about the food I got a refund this was absolutely on of the worce experience I had had here I was asking food and I just wanted a big Mac with quarter meat it so they normally sell me a quarter just like a big Mac I had to explain it to him multiple times and he just kept saying it different then what I was asking I just said yes and wnet up to the window and explained it to him he then said ok I got it. I said um ok are you going to let thme know how to make it 🤔 cuz the frist one is wrong as and not like a big Mac no middle or pickels and Mac sus on one bun I showed him it's was wrong as I knew it would be as he never when and told them as I explained it and he took the sandwich and though it on the counter and slamed the windo I asked for a manger to one of the works and she said um why I said I because I asked to speak to the higher up and he comes to the window and says what would you like I said so you the higher up all he kept say is what would you like i said the number to corrupt or the office I need to make a complaint I can't do that I said ok I will be in the morning ok I don't care what you do he says then I'm told to park after wait for my second sandwich 10 minutes him being rude the whole time the one of the works comes out and asks me to park I said I would just rather have a refund and she closed the window so I pulled up and went to go in and the doors was locked so I wnet back around asked he was rude more and then finally got my money back I hope he never.

I don't eat there as much as I used to years ago. It's OK food but their prices are creeping up. Also they are adding weird sandwiches to their menu. That McGriddle thing for example is rather gross and the bacon is rubbery. Their coffee sucks and they are sloppy preparation of sandwiches. They suck.

DONT GO HERE STAFF DONT CARE. I asked for a simple chicken sandwitch and yeah at 11:30 it sucks I know. They proceed to give me a horridly stale and misshaped bun old meat and the main kicker they couldnt find pickels so they added tomato.

Went thru drive thru. Ordered qt pounder deluxe meal. Fries were so salty I couldn’t eat them, and got a qt pounder. And was barely warm.
