I thought id stop at Hogan rd McDonald's today and get a quick lunch for my 3 knowing this is gonna be a risk because 2 weeks ago I did the same at the Newport one and had a 35 minute escapade that started at the drive thru and looped around newport and back to wait in the lobby for the corrected order to find the food was cold so I just went home discouraged, today was no different the only difference was I had to remind the manager twice that I was still here waiting and almost 30 min later im walking out with a bag of cold hard double cheese burgers and luke warm frys. What is going on with McDonald's? My money is not free I went to Iraq 3 times and blown up twice to recieve my pension. I really dont want to give it to McDonald's again. You are better than this!

This is my local McDonald's. I have an obscure coffee order, and have been refused my coffee at other McDonald's in the past. But this location is always good to me!

After having an issue with my mobile app and asking if they could manually use one of the general mobile deals, the staff member stormed off angrily telling me that they can't do anything and I couldn't get anything else. I was super respectful and I'm shocked they aren't fired already. I'm now left hungry with a two hour drive ahead of me after a long day. Never coming back to this store. 0/10

Service isn't always the best and be lucky to get all of your food amd have it be done correct as well as they put way to much salt on fries and food even if you specifically ask them not to just plain laziness

The food was awful my grandmother and I came down from upstate to go to her doctors appointment. The fries where rock hard and hurt my back teeth the cheeseburger made me throw up and my grandma not want to finsh her meal. They where serving sodas while in the middle of repairing the machine. So they where actively serving soda while people hands where actively in the machine! The worst of all all the tables and floors where dirty. I personally have been to many McDonald's due to sports, and let me say this worse McDonald's in my life please if have you kids, take them somewhere else I got sick because of their food and I would not like anyone else like me get sick.
I also looked at other reviews and a lot of the low star ones were right like the bathroom water was still super hot and the staff not liking there job.
Also it's sad that a 16 year old who is actively in a lot of proagrams to help other is having to post this review.
