Beer selection was great. Here is what to expect. The pours are small for the price. I understand the price for drafts. Downeast for the ounce served way over priced. 8ounce? Others offer 16 ounce for same price. Apps.. pretzel. Over priced and was black. .. Spinach artichoke.. excellent. Need to serve 2 grilled pita chips not one for the price.. 2 drinks, pretzel and artichoke dip without tip 46.00.. it’s extreme. Would I return? On service yes. But not until food cost changes.. one can argue inflation.. but I’ll stay away for the time being ? ***ADDENDUM to owners response: You can get Downeast on Draft. Your 12ounce can was not what we received. You didn’t apologize for the burned Pretzel I was served. Your prices are not on par for the world! You can hope to have me back in one hand, and wish in the other. Not happening. Cheers!!!

Such a great place, great wait staff, great food, great drinks, we were outside on the porch and it was so nice. Definitely coming again.
Do the Waffle Fries with the pickle mayo. Absolutely delicious. I also really enjoyed Rising Tide Blue Fall, a wheat beer brewed with blueberries. And my experience with the employees was excellent. Very hospitable, friendly, kind and helpful. Really made my day. Good atmosphere.

Nocturnem is the best food I had in Bangor. The cubano was fresh and had excellent flavor/ingredients. The burnt end tacos blew me away - Absolutely excellent pairing of sweet burnt ends with sharp pickled onions.

Stopped here for a quick bite and a few drinks before a concert. The drinks were good but we didn't order food because the kitchen was too busy and didn’t want to be late for show.

The food was fresh and very tasty. The best blue cheese dressing I ever had. They make it in house. My server was extremely pleasant and attentive. I sat outside in the courtyard, which was done up nicely with potted plants surrounding the area. It was a pleasant evening. If I am ever in Bangor again I would definitely return here for a meal

Lovely waitstaff, the place was very welcoming! However, in spite of the fact that ours was delicious, given this establishment's name,we expected to have German food! Oh, and the list of beers and other refreshments was extensive!!!
Parking: It's located in the downtown district, and so parking spaces are at a premium!
