AWFUL customer service- we didn’t receive our whole order, called to report that we’re promised it would be right out. 1.5 hours go by no food - call and spoke with Tiffany the GM she was condescending, rude and disrespectful! She acted as if i was a bother to her night…. Is it that hard to apologize now days, or follow through with what you say? As a GM she should be ashamed of her behavior working in customer service. Food isn’t worth it pick somewhere else!
This place has the trash, the pizza sucks and the customer service is the worst I've ever seen! 3 bad experience is enough for me!
Found THREE L O N G brown/black hairs baked into my pizza, was so grossed out my roommate and I couldn't even touch it. Granted it was kind of a late night order but seriously...three of them? Baked in?! No thanks...
