Papa John’s hooked us up last night. There were deals for everything we ordered. We got delivery and it was estimated at least 45 minutes but arrived in 25. The food was great, they gave us extra seasonings and sauces too.

Have ordered from here multiple times hoping for improvement. Was sadly mistaken. Last time is the last I order from here. This review is solely based on food quality. Pizza was undercooked. Also very soggy, like it sat in the box and pizza bag too long. Had stuffed garlic crust; OH my God was is salty! I will not order from this location again sadly. I used to love PaPa John's, I'll stick with the blue & red from now on.

I am an Uber driver and went to pick up an order. I was treated incredibly rude. The man working told me I disrespected him because I did not say hi to him...I told him I did not hear him. He then went on to say many unpleasant things to me and even threatened to make my order come out late. I could not believe what I was hearing.

The delivery guy forgot my soda, twice. But you could tell he was busy, the weather is crap and he was so apologetic. The efforts is why you guys are getting the 5 star. Thank you for the hustle.

Don’t bother calling in an order, they outsourced their phone order system to another country. Had to call 3 times before I finally talked to someone I could somewhat understand. Obviously not local, they had no idea that this is the only papa John’s in Bangor.

I arrived at 11:35 on Super Bowl Sunday to pick up an online order that was ordered days ahead and already paid for. Three employees were there, and no one was in the store. It smelled like freshly smoked marijuana. They said we have no record of this order. I showed them the confirmation email with the order number. They refused to make the order and turned around and went back to what they were doing. Totally ignoring me. When pressed about how they were going to fix this, the "person in charge" said she was going to call the cops. The big guy said, " I only get paid $7 an hour." I guess that isn't enough to do his job. I asked for the owners name and number. The only helpful employee, Amanda, gave me the name Bobby and his phone number. I called Bobby and found out he was the manager, not the owner, and he just said this has happened in the past and had no solution. I asked for the owner's name and number, and he gave me the name David. He, understandably, didn't give me his phone number. I requested a call back within 5 minutes (before I headed back home) and never received a call back. Hey David, if your system for online orders does not work, FIX IT! I have never experienced people less competent before in my life. From the unresponsive owner, David, to the manager, Bobby, to the "girl in charge" to the "I only make $7 an hour guy" this location is a total fail.

I went to the store to do a pickup late yesterday evening (1/15/25) that my boyfriend had placed. There was only one gentleman working and he shouldn’t be called a gentleman at all. Upon walking in the store, I witnessed him dropping utensils without washing them and continue using them. He then came over very flustered and was incredibly rude by not saying hello or asking me about my order but instead told me I needed watch where I was standing in case other customers came in (there was no one in sight either in the store or in the parking lot). He then immediately goes out back for several minutes and I see my order just sitting there on the rack complete. He must’ve been embarrassed about me seeing him pick up the dirty stuff off the floor and continue to use it. Once he finally came back out, he checked the list of stickers printed at the machine (there were many backed up) then the monitor and finally the rack. I’m not sure if he’s a new manager (let’s hope not with his attitude and abilities!) or was just on some power trip working alone but I’ve never seen him before and he needs to humble himself. He’s in the customer service industry, he needs to improve greatly on his customer service skills.

I am a cook myself! When a customer orders food to be done at specified time as your app allows any ASAP orders should be made AFTER THE ORDER!!!! STANDING IN THE PLACE NOW 40 MINITES AFTER MY ORDER SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE BUT I GUESS YOU DON'T GET THE CONCEPT OF FIRST COME FIRST SERVE! FYI TOKK ALMOST 2 HOURS FROM TIME OF ORDER TIL I ACTUALLY GOT THE FOOD! OH EVEN BETTER!!!! THEY GAVE US EXTRA SAUCE ON A EXTRA CHEESE PIZZA THATS NOT EXTRA CHEESE ! DO NOT TIP THROUGH THE APP!!!! WHEN THEY SUGGEST 25% ITS MORE LIKE 50%

I ordered a large 3 topping with pepperoni, bacon and sausage. I pick it up, drive back to work and realize there's no bacon on it. I called the store and said there's no bacon on the pizza. He said we'll I made it and I promise there's bacon on it. So I look closer and I see three small pieces on on slice. I tell him that and he just repeats well I put bacon on it so idk what you want me to do. Terrible customer service and no resolution was made. I will never go back

As of now still waiting on my delivery order over a hour on a Monday 10 mins from the location they don't update the app. dominos delivers like clockwork delivery driver was nice at least
