We stopped in to this location on Christmas Eve and everybody was so nice and welcoming! Of course, the pizza was good too!

Did a carry out order and service was ridiculously slow!! 64 minutes for a personal pizza!! Don’t waste your time, just go to Pats!!

Haven't been inside since I was a kid. Loved it. Got the big dinner box. 😋

I got hand tossed crust and it was hard as a rock . Also the manager talked me into getting the ultimate supreme pizza so I can get the black olives I wanted . There was not one olive . Paid over 40.00 for 2 med. Pizzas 1 pepperoni 1 ultimate supreme won't do that again . I don't even know if I'll go back again

Pepperoni smelled like my grandmothers dead corpse, soda was flatter than my ex's 🍈 🍈, and pick up order was put under the wrong name. Quality has gone down IMMENSELY from what I remember. Will NOT be returning again! A very dissatisfied experience 😔

Took my daughter for lunch yesterday and let me start by saying- never again. I usually like a salad bar, but their salad bar was stocked with old and very wilted and frozen vegetables.
The pizza was something out of the frozen food section at Walmart. It was awful, very much undercooked and the sauce or maybe even the toppings tasted sour..not sure which. The only good part was the breadsticks...thank goodness. We really should have gone to dominoes! 🙄

We went there as a late birthday dinner for my 6 year old autisic non verbal cousin and we were treated horribly by staff because he was having a meltdown. We were all alone in the restaurant at the time so we decided to come in, give him some time to decompress and get him used to going out occasionally. Well my gran and him were barely in the seat before the waitress (who was the only staff who handled this respectfully) came up to tell us we were going to have to get him to calm down or leave. Which we 100% would have done however she didn't even get to fully finish talking to us and we got zero time to respond or even try to give my cousin a chance to calm down before another staff who seemed to be the manager comes up and starts yelling at us. Then a third joins in from behind the counter starts yelling at us too so we just took our stuff an left. We won't be going back to this Pizza Hut ever again for how disrespectfully they treated our family. I doubt any of the employees will see this, but for the blonde waitress thank you for trying to handle things in a respectful way. For the others you can learn something from her and I hope she becomes a manager one day because that's how you handle something like that. The others need some more training on how to handle these kind of thing because it was uncalled for.

I ordered online from here because I was paying cash & couldn't order from Little Caesars using cash & get delivery without using doordash.
Wrong food, & the sauce tasted foul, old, & nasty, & the crust was gross. I repeatedly called & was connected to call center, no one would answer in Bangor. $50 bucks wasted on gross food! 😩

I was ridiculously impressed with the managers at Pizza Hut. I placed a to-go order tonight at like 6 I believe? And I had called the location according to the number and I didn’t actually get to talk to an in store employee, it was some call center placing the order (third party) and they completely messed up my order. In 8 minutes from when the store knew that, I had my order re made for me ready to go. Also if you’re reading this, the loaded bacon cheese fries is absurdly good & the cost is $6….I hope the broadway location takes care of its employees because they care about where they work and I don’t think I’ve seen that respect for a store and the customers around here in a while. Bravo 👏

My family visits often the food is always made quickly and too a high quality, as well as the employees always to have a smile. On my most recent visit the food was made on time and I was checked out by Alex. I have no complaints only praises.

We usually go to pizza hut a couple times a month.we ate there 8/13. I could tell that something has changed with the pizza. The crust was not as thick and had a different taste and texture to it. It was ok but no where's as good as all the other times we have eaten there. My husband noticed it as well. I must say it was not a pizza that will make me want to go back. The guy that waited on us was fantastic as usual. I hope they go back to making them the way they use to, because we really like going there.
