Pizza Hut

We didn't get waited on in a timely manner!! Only people in the restaurant. There were numerous amount of employees standing around. One at the register doing nothing, one folding boxes, 2 in the kitchen talking and the waiter clearing a table that said be right with you and never returned. We won't be returning here. We stood up and left and told the guy folding boxes we were all set and went to Domino's . 20 min no service come on folks!!

Ordered on Saturday, order was totally messed up!!! today is Monday and I still can't get anyone to answer the phone except someone overseas who tells me that I have to contact the place the order was sent from!! It's the last time I spend $100.00 at such an unprofessional place of business 😈😈😈😈😈

Litterly got the wrong order, didn’t give me my soda and then found a maggot in the food pizza was raw and fries where still frozen worst place ever.!!!

driver did not bring beverages, pizza was made wrong, and no one answered the phone when I tried to get this corrected. gave up trying after 40 minutes of no answer. 4 in the afternoon, no one can answer the phone?? won't be ordering pizza hut again. thanks for horrible service.

I ordered delivery. The food arrived cold and it was missing multiple items. I tried to call the location and got routed to a call center who then re-routed me to the location who then put me on hold. I held on for over 30 MINUTES and no one ever picked up the call. I called again. Same thing happened. Avoid at all costs.

I am from NY. We don’t have Pizza Hut anywhere near me. So when I come up here I FLY to this place. I come to Maine 3-4 times a month and I swear to goodness this place screws up my order every single time. I came in tonight to make sure it was done right .. well sure as shit they screwed up the wings. Regardless the food is always good (when you finally get the correct order) staff is wonderful .. Pizza Hut is god.

It's a pizza hut, but it's what you hope for when you order pizza hut. Food was cooked perfectly, temp was just right on arrival, and the staff at pick-up were polite and professional. I would recommend going and picking up your order yourself at the time specified on the website as delivery in the bangor area can be a bit iffy depending on the restauraunt (pizza hut may be good via delivery but picking it up was fast and easy and our pizza and sides got here probably fresher because of it).
