The smash burger was the best we have ever had! Dough boy bites were so flaky and delicious ( like dangerously delicious lol) the quesadilla cheese pull was epic. The customer service was fantastic and the food was ready much quicker than I thought it would be. Will definitely be returning to try the other menu items asap!

So freaking good! The burgers are amazing! Smash burger with cheddar, pickled onion, brown sugar, hot honey and an apple butter smash burger…delicious and excellent quality. Amazing fries with fresh herbs. The pretzel bites were soooo delicious and cheese sticks were solid according to my son who also had 3 hot dogs! I wish we were local to come more frequently yet we will be back!!

Tonight was my first time trying Salt & Cedar and I got a Night Smash burger. My fiance got a pulled pork sandwich. And WOW - I was pleasantly surprised! I wasn't expecting much from a food truck tbh, but it was so flavorful! Definitely worth the money! My fiance said he appreciated the level of BBQ
sauce on the pulled pork - not too much but not too little either. Had to wait a little bit because they were busy busy but I think that's a testament to how fantastic they are!

Definitely recommend! Can't wait to come back 😁

Great little food truck down by the Bangor Waterfront. Be sure to check their Facebook for their hours.

Ordered the G.O.A.T. smash burger (smash burger topped with goat cheese, fried onions and chipotle blueberry sauce on a bun) and the Waterfront (smash burger topped with cheddar, pickled onions, brown sugar, and hot honey). They were $10 each. Wish the size was a little bigger but enjoyed the flavor combination of both- especially surprised by how well brown sugar worked on the Waterfront.

Plenty of picnic table seating as it's at the Bangor Waterfront. Would definitely come again.
