I show up to pickup and order and there are 3 employees on the floor 2 in drive thru and one up front the one upfront bags pastry for DT and proceeded to empty the pastry display instead of working on the order I was waiting for... Not very good customer service this is why I hate coming here no one inside for customers and still don't get good service 🤦🏻♂️

Parking: Line for drive-thru was so long. I got parked in my parking spot for several minutes. Could not get out.... Would have been longer except someone took pity on me and waited for me to get out. Did not have to be this way. Plenty of room to have 2 lanes drive-thru parking and parked cars exit... But poorly marked so chaos. I would have been light had I had an appointment or an obligation to be at work on time

Worst starbucks location I’ve been to. Every time I go the service is beyond slow and something is always messed up. No matter the time of day or what you order. Even if you order on the app before you go, you still will wait at least 30 minutes for your order.

Staff is typically friendly and drinks are made as quickly as possible considering how busy they usually are on any given day. Wish they could create more drinks with the fruit poppers. I was hooked on the Summer Berry drink with raspberry poppers!

They made the best and I mean the absolute drink for me and my friend. We waited a little bit long, but the friendly woman at the window made the experience better. Best drinks were ever had

Probably the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. SIX people working, two cars in drive thru and one person waiting for pickup. Waited five minutes still.
I dont understand how the slow employees have jobs?
Incompetent, lazy employees are never a good look for a company.

Lied to about order being worked on first time I went in, went in the second time and that’s when she actually picked up the empty cups and started making them. I got told they’re so behind, short staffed yet 6 in the back laughing and clearly not working, no cars in the line, no customers in the store. Her response “I don’t get payed enough.” If there’s a camera, rewind that beautiful bean footage to see Starbucks shining star in action. Get another job then, that’s not everyone’s issue. Corporate should fire somebody that says that to a customer. After asking the workers name 4 times, first 3 were denied, I got a Madison. Madison needs to be fired and work in a different field.

Oh starbucks. How can you call your coffee an energy drink when the caffeine on your mocha triple shots dropped from 225 mg down to 165 MG. I'll go buy an espresso machine and make my own. No sense in paying same price for a smaller can and less caffeine. This 6 year relationship will end and I'll save a bunch of money. Thanks for the screw.
