Never order delivery from this Subway in particular. You order a toasted sandwich, and you gotta toast it in your own oven. Absolutely unable to handle it, which is fine, but don't then sign up your staff to do deliveries if you don't train them not to forget some steps.

Just the other morning we're sitting on the couch reading the local news paper and we get to all the ads. Full page of Subway coupons are there, and we both think "hmm, been a while since we had Subway, maybe we'll use one of these buy one get one coupons" and get Subway for dinner. Anyways, that evening comes around and we're running errands and it gets time for supper and we're planning on picking up our subs soon. Get there to order subs and they inform us that "they don't take coupons for free subs". Why are we getting coupons locally if they don't even honor the coupons. I reached out to Subway to complain about that and they said that each Subway is individually owned and operated. So, if the owners can just do whatever they want, why even use the Subway name? Paid way more for a smushed up sandwich and they didn't even honor the BOGO coupons. Next time I guess I'll just use the "buy two get them both half off" coupon....

When they see you walking up to the door a minute before 5pm and they run to lock the door ?♀️? no worries you’re not the only sub shop around. ( guess I should be thanking you all for this I never would have known how good Jersey Mikes is ?)
Last week I came to try my first sub way in awhile. The owner was working and showed her a coupon I had gotten in the Bangor daily foot long for 6.99. the sandwich was awesome and the owner honored coupon and even gave me a cookie.Went in today and Carl refused my coupon and said maybe sub way main St will honor it. I told him the owner honored it last week. No customer skills and won't go there with him working. He should have called his boss obviously he doesn't know his job. Why would sub way even put coupons in the news paper then not honor it???

i never leave reviews anywhere but i was so excited to door dash me this sandwich. but they didn’t even wrap it up and threw it in a bag and when it delivered it wasn’t even together anymore and just all in the bag. the cookie was good tho.

Always closing early, can never place order for pickup on subway app, open sign on and in line before closing time told its too tale to place an order. Poor customer service every time I've been for at least the past 5 months.

I went in yesterday and bought the 7.99 meal, footlong, soda and chips. I was charged 11.35. I got the sandwhich allowed and didnt upsize my fountain soda. I even handed the coupon to the young guy.
