Didn't say online they were temporary closed. Drove a bit to get there, just to find out they were closed. That's bad for business. The website says they are open, but they really are not

We stopped in for a late lunch around 3:45pm. There were 2 workers, neither one wearing a uniform and they had their 2 kids with them, each one taking up separate booths. There was a massive spill on the floor that had clearly sat for hours (if not days). It was so sticky that my shoes stuck to the floor and my feet literally came out of my sandals. I had to tell them for it to cleaned up. She made my sandwich on the wrong bread, it tasted weird and not at all fresh. My daughter said her meatballs also tasted funny. Overall it was very disappointing.

I’m so disappointed, especially since this is a newly renovated site. I waited almost a half an hour in line because the poor guy was there all by himself, at LUNCH TIME!! To add they were out of pretty much everything because the guy had no time to restock anything with there being a rush.

I generally don't like going to Subways, but I stopped in with a guest who was running late for a bus trip and this is the closest place for her to grab something to eat, so I decided to get something too. I was surprised to find that they did a great job of their sandwiches and the staff was friendly. There was a bit of a wait, but by then it was too late to find another place to go. I would recommend this Subway.
The last 3 times going to Subway on Union St they have been closed. Doesn't matter what time I go they are closed. If that is the case either update the website or put a sign on the door.

Floor was muddy but if she had been busy would have been ok and accepted but I was the only one there with my daughter just now trying to get a foot long and six inch. We were first made to wait while she continued sweeping no please wait a moment no words from her in fact. Then, when she did put the broom down, made it very clear that we were bugging her. The final straw was when I asked her to do my daughter's sandwich first after she started to do mine and she hugged and said fine, what's on the six inch then. All she had to do was pretend to be nice back. You think I really wanted to be pleasant when she was acting the way she was? Walked out without sandwiches will try another one or go to a different sub shop there is enough competition now.
