I’ve ordered from here when it’s convenient ( the closest spot) but they’ve never managed to botch a steak and cheese like they did. I get my bread in toasted, I go to bites into this sandwich after I picked it up via mobile ordering, and the whole thing was ice cold. I worked at subway at a point, that’s just not how you make those sandwiches lol

I ordered off of the app for the first time in. I guess I must’ve missed the part. Where asked you if you want your sandwich toasted I didn’t even think anything of it. I don’t know why I thought it was automatic. I thought you had to tell them if you didn’t want it toasted so when I went in and realized my sandwich that I picked up was cold I went to the front and I said I am sorry I apologized and explained that I didn’t realize that I hadn’t marked toasted and was proceeding to ask them if they could toast it and the lady behind the counter was very rude And snapped at me. I know that they get really busy and I also work in a deli making sandwiches and pizza and all that stuff, but it was just rude. You don’t treat people like that especially when they’re coming up with a good attitude and explaining what they did wrong and apologizing for it I was just asking for her to toast my sandwich and she snapped at me. She said well you’re supposed to make sure that you put toasted. We’re not gonna know unless you put it. I tried explaining to her. I’ve never use the app before I apologize and she looked at the other person and said now she wants it toasted. It’s disrespectful to me and to her boss to act that way when there was no need for it this situation did not call for it.

Ordered on the app and the employee helped everyone in the lobby that arrived after I placed my order and made a DoorDash before helping me. She told me it would be a while and then offered me a free drink and then took it back when she went to hand it to me. I ordered extra cucumbers and got THREE cucumbers on my sandwich. I will not be back to this location.

Picture this, you're at a bar one night and drinking with the boys and then he go home little tipsy feeling good you wake up the next morning then Gosh darm you're hung over as heck so you think where's the best place to go right now. you know what? Subway!!! After 5 minutes of pondering, i gambled on getting the cheesy garlic steak, but with a twist. For i wanted to add a bountiful amount of sub crunch. Now i was a expecting something mediocre but i was wrong. for once my tongue touched the first bite. It was amazing, no.. It was more than that it was transcending. For words can not describe what I felt eating that absolute creation. Subway you have changed my life, forever. I shall never forget what you have done for me this day. Thank you.

Stillwater's Subway today (Sunday noonish) was pretty busy. There was a long line when we arrived but only one young woman was staffing the place: making the sandwiches, taking out the bread, running the cash register, only once reaching for her phone maybe requesting backup that I could see. She was fantastic. GIVE HER A HANDSOME RAISE!

I really like subway food, but two times in a row I got regular chicken instead of grilled one in 4 sandwiches...

I ordered a home style chicken salad wrap, number 42 on their menu. Instead of putting it into wrap, the employee started to put it in the sandwich bread. I told him to put it in the wrap and then told him I’d like the wrap toasted. I repeated it to him three times throughout the process of making my wrap making sure he won’t forget. But yet I got my wrap chilled. I went back and complained, and was told to shut up otherwise I’m not getting new sandwich. I get it you’re tired and busy guys but you charge me money for food, and you kinda not supposed to screw up the order and at the same time be rude to a customer. Not my problem you had problem hearing and understanding, even after being repeated the same thing 3 times.
