It's really not that difficult to get the order right. Every single time I go to this specific one on broadway my order is always wrong. I always get something else or half of my order is missing. Will not be going to broadway anymore.

Probably the dirtiest KFC that I have been in. Trash and food bits all over a sticky floor and tables. Staff obviously didn't care and the manager and owner should be embarrased. Unless you want drive-thru, give this place a miss.

Absolutely the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever had, dry and cold and no cheese in the quesadilla, nothing in the Crunchwrap, forgot drinks and sauces. Yuck.

Did a large order of 24 softshell tacos (supreme). Got home and noticed that the couple I grabbed and started to eat had no sour cream or tomatos (supremes are supposed to have those) some tacos only had meat (no cheese lettuce or anything). None of the tacos were in fact supreme. Called, they asked if we would like to come back and they would remake them. Said sure, drove back, received only a dozen and had to explain that the order was two dozen. Manager was brought in explained situation, received second half of order. Got home, not a single taco has sour cream or tomatos. Paid good money and made two trips for the order to be wrong both times. 10/10 never ordering tacobell again.

We came through the drive thru tonight, 7/2/25, with only 3 cars ahead of us. We waited 45 minutes in line only for them to forget half our ordered, and when pointed out they told us to park out front. We did, waited 15 MORE minutes only for no one to ever bring us our food. We went inside to hopefully get it, only to find 6 people in line being ignored by everyone working. Waited inside to hopefully get our money back at least but staff ignored everyone in line.

Ordered a famous bowl and 3 chicken breast And 3 cream peach had to wait 30 minutes for one of the drinks then they said they didn’t have ANYTHING for forks or spoons after they sold me the famous bowl said he looked EVERYWHERE but as I sat down HE BROUGHT OUT FORKS so ya don’t recommend

So slow always. Takes forever to get your food. What happened to “fast food”
I was told a few mins , standing at the front counter for now it’s 40 mins check the cameras it’s 5:42 now. I’m waiting for a couple tacos for Uber. I worked customer service so I’m really understanding but now they are making it ! NOW! After watching me for 42 mins. Y’all NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN.

I got one of the bowls took 2 bites and was done it tasted funny something was definitely off others got a bucket they said the gravy tasted odd so didn't eat it

Went there today and picked up an 8-piece bucket of chicken and Beefy Nachos. The nachos were great. They were made the right way and had plenty of toppings. The nachos get a five-star rating for me. I'm afraid the chicken does not. It gets about a one. The chicken was very greasy. I don't know if it just came out of the fryer and wasn't allowed to drain or what, but it was greasy. The girl at the counter was pretty crabby, but I'm just thankful to have somebody take my order and not have to use the kiosks.
