Only thing is that I keep getting my order and always something is missing always. We only get it when we have dr.s appointments out of town. It's my fave place. But now I won't be going anymore. After 50+ years I am done.

Inside, now you have to use the kiosks; they are no longer taking orders personally. Low Service rating for this reason. I've heard all Taco Bells are like this now. I'm afraid this will be the trend of all fast food places.

I love Taco Bell but this is horrible. Waited at the speaker for 15 minutes no one ever answered and sat in the drive through for over a hour and a half still not even at the window yet. I understand being understaffed but this is the worse I’ve seen for a fast food place. Cars were wrapped around ther building we counted 23 cars leaving so far because of anger. If I didn’t order on my app and already pay I would have left 20 minutes in. Very unhappy and I can speak for the people infront and behind me since we had to much time to talk. Honestly I don’t know how this store is still opened. After a hour of sitting we called and asked what was going on the man that answered responded with we take care of DoorDash first and worry about drive through second. After now being here for a hour and forty five minutes we are leaving even though we placed an online order and payed we are not sitting here for a total of 2 hours. Highly disappointed this place won’t last long.

The slowest service I've ever seen, had a mobile order showed up 3 mins before pickup wasn't ready a party of 4 came in ordered for there food and ate and left before order was ready very unhappy with this place won't be returning!

It should be illegal to be that slow. 32 minutes for 3 tacos with 3 cars ahead of me. Manager was awful. I called to complain and they said to call in the am. Food was cold and disgusting. How in the world this place is still open BLOWS MY MIND!!! Id like a refund not new food. Negative 173740 outta 10. Please contact me ASAP. All the staff can say is sorry but please do not eat here unless you have 3 to 4 hours to spare. Its really that bad.

Was told it would be an hour long wait due to them being short staffed and busy. There were maybe 4 cars in the parking lot and 1 in the drive through. Not busy enough to justify an hour long wait.

Was just in the store itself. There was an issue with a drive through customer. Server asked me to give them a minute. I said okay. He walked off to help. The entire time all I heard was the employees complaining loudly about not refunding the customer and how they were wrong. Not appropriate. This took into almost 10 minutes with nobody coming to help me. Also more customers building up behind me. This type of service is unacceptable. Im pretty patient but being left at the counter like that with loud employees doing nothing but complaining is ridiculous. Will not go back to that location.

Wife still loves this place come here almost every other week, just went through the drive through and sounds like it's a machine that takes your order now, it's pretty straight forward and clear and had no issue taking my order. Just thought it was a cool a robot took the order, to bad they couldn't make it sound like bender 🤣
