Inside, now you have to use the kiosks; they are no longer taking orders personally. Low Service rating for this reason. I've heard all Taco Bells are like this now. I'm afraid this will be the trend of all fast food places.

Wife still loves this place come here almost every other week, just went through the drive through and sounds like it's a machine that takes your order now, it's pretty straight forward and clear and had no issue taking my order. Just thought it was a cool a robot took the order, to bad they couldn't make it sound like bender 🤣

Every time I come here the food is very consistent and well made. It can take a bit but that’s because they’re super busy with in store and mobile orders. So I have no problem waiting a bit longer when I’m gonna get my food well made. Even if they have missed something or something has been wrong they remake it or replace it and are very kind about it.
