While it does not constitute fine dining, Tailwinds offers sit down dining. You can have a burger, pasta dishes and some other meals. It also has a bar. I love that they have partnered with local breweries and feature the "refueled" for the crew of fueling military planes.

I can only speak to the dinner salad with chicken. It was about 20 dollars and was very disappointing. I ate it all and went to bed hungry. There were three small strips of chicken on a small bed of lettuce with cold sour green apples, a few pieces of tomato and some nuts. I politely asked if I could have a bit more chicken but was told that I was served a small chicken breast and would need to be charged for more chicken. Three thin strips wasn't a small chicken breast. The bartender's service wasn't friendly and the quality and portion didn't justify the price. The other menu items may be better.

Excellent service, breakfast was great. Prices are hotel grille prices, nothing new there. I want to point out, that Julie is an excellent server, always very attentive and making sure everything was in order. She definitively made the experience better.

Ordered a Turkey sandwich. Received a piece of cheap deli Turkey meat between two slices of bread. No cheese, no lettuce,no pickle, nothing.

We each had a specialty salad and split the toasted ravioli and were stuffed when we were done. The gentleman at the bar was also our server and he did a great job with us, and the other tables that were seated. The potions were larger than we expected. Overall the price was good for the convenience and the portion size.

Great restaurant located in the Aviator Hotel connected to the Bangor International Airport. We were exhausted so we decided to eat in and we were glad we did. I had the Shrimp Alfredo and my hubby had Chicken Poccata. Both were fresh and delicious.
