Me and the family have been going to Texas Roadhouse for 13 years. It's the best place to eat in my opinion. I've gone over 100 times never had a bad experience. I've tried about ever steak on the menu. It's the best steak I've ever had. I order my steak medium 90 percent time it's cooked perfect. I have nothing bad to say about the restaurant. i recommend it to everyone all the time 7 wanna take someone on a date. You take them to Texas Roadhouse. Satisfied!!

Just ordered take out 112 dollars worth of food and my order was completely different and my order was not even completed I got a blooming onion and inside it was just thrown in the container with a empty container that was supposed to be ranch and my son didn't even get his order and I got a prime rib when it was supposed to get mac and cheese broccoli, strawberry lemonade and much more, I'm so very disappointed in this service and my family and I will never be eating here again.

I got a steak with onions for take out. And first I got onions with it and not only were there only like 5-6 onions. There were mushrooms in with my onions and steak. I do not like mushrooms and I was grossed out by mushrooms some how being in with my steak. Also, I have asked for my steak to be cooked medium rare and it was cooked well well done. it was black, burnt ,and definitely not medium rare. It was honestly so hard I couldn't chew it. I was very unsatisfied and I do not recommend getting a to-go order with them.

Went for my 50th birthday. Husband ordered the 20 oz bone in ribeye and had to send the first one back as it was well done, not medium well. By the time his second steak came out, I was almost done eating, and his second steak was overcooked too. He didn't send it back, ate a few pieces, and left almost the whole steak on his plate. We told several people, including our waiter, that the second steak was overcooked and they didn't even adjust our bill. They could have charged him half! That was a very expensive lesson.

Been going here for years, but it’s been some time since me and the family last dined here. Unfortunately, it was not the great experience it used to be. Food was okay but not great. My steak tasted like straight char on one side. My wife’s meal wasn’t great either. Service was okay as our waitress was nice enough but there was another guy that brought some of the food out who clearly hates his job and wanted everyone to know it. Definitely just feels like a huge drop off since we last got food there which is disappointing. Maybe it’ll be better the next time. I’ve had great and decent experiences and it fluctuates for sure, but the most recent one was subpar. We will be back eventually but this is where I feel the review should sit for now.

The one thing that I feel needs to be addressed was the inedible baked potato which the skin was completely coated in salt as well as my plate. The waiter said that it comes that way. I could not eat it, so they got me another potato without the coating of salt. There should be an option on the sides...salted or unsalted baked potato.

I can’t believe a dish could actually come out looking like this. When I brought up my complaint I was told this was cooked to my request of medium.
If you are looking to attend with a large party, go elsewhere. There must be only one table in the restaurant that can accommodate a party of 9, and if the previous party doesn’t leave in a timely fashion they won’t find another way to accommodate your party anywhere else in the restaurant, even 30 minutes past your call ahead time. Don’t waste your time and get in with one of the other local restaurants.

I had informed the server that I cannot eat pork as my religion does not permit me despite that she served me a dish which had pork in it and I wasn't informed about it.
Later when I tasted it I realized the taste is different and on further inquiring with her she told me that its pork.....
This is so not done, one should respect the food taste and religious views of others

My experience at Texas Roadhouse in Bangor is always pleasant! This time particularly was great as my waitress, Eve, was phenomenal. My drink couldn’t even hit the table even half empty and I had a full one on the way, along with each of my requests being timely, correct and above expectation with even more than what I ordered. (Dressings, butter, rolls, etc.) Please give her a raise! Thank you, Eve!
