I usually love this place but So very upsetting tonight, brought home food from Texas Roadhouse on my birthday, waited all day for this. Ordered my steak smothered in onions mushrooms and cheese and the mushrooms and onions were in a cup on the side, ordered half dozen extra rolls and only got two extra with a bunch of butter not very impressed.

Togo girl was incredibly sassy and snappy. I always try to say hello and be pleasant since I know how the industry can be. Zero pleasantries, full attitude right from the get go. I asked for extra butter and was charged for it. Received only one package of butter when it normally comes with two, with that understanding I should’ve gotten four since I asked for extra. For now simple my order was, and even leaving tip, I don’t understand why the service had to be so terrible.

Dinner last night was great! We were sat quickly, bathrooms were clean. Service was quick. Michelle our server was excellent, and did hit all the marks on “telling the story” and suggesting specific items. Food was yummy and so was the takeout we took home to my husband. Great job Bangor crew !

Order 2 sirloin steak dinners (takeout) The steak was dry and the mashed potato was not good. The meal packaging was sloppy. Last time for us at Bangor location.

We had great meals. My only complaint is we were right next to the kitchen. We had a 12 oz steak with mashed potatoes. As well as a pan seared chicken breast with french fries. The meals were well prepared.
