Stopped by Tim Hortons this morning for breakfast: a rich Coffee Mocha with extra cream and an Egg & Cheese Wrap with mayo. The staff here is friendly, but the lady at the front counter truly stood out. She greeted me warmly, remembered my mayo request without hesitation, and even double-checked to ensure the wrap was made just right—attention to detail at its finest!
Despite the morning crowd, service was quick and efficient, and everything tasted fresh and delicious.
Huge thanks to the front-counter team (especially that awesome lady!) for turning a simple coffee run into such a pleasant experience. 10/10 for flavor, speed, and kindness! 🍳☕️🙏

Employees working on New Years Day were attentive and friendly. It was refreshing to see how patient they were with a group of English as Second Language workers trying to order. Rare you see such service at a quick service establishment these days.

I know we love our Dunkin' up here. However the donuts and baked goods, much better at Tim's. My caramel cold brew came out great, and the timbits were wonderful!
Do know at this particular location, once you're in the drive through lane, you cannot leave the drive through lane early.

Overall the donuts and drinks here were pretty good. I naturally like dunkin however this was not a bad substitute.
Love the donuts. Feel bad for the staff. Don't order delivery from any Tim Hortons because if they don't have your item they just won't send you anything and they will not give you a refund. They think issuing 10 points is the same as a refund. The corporate has no policy on returns or refunds for orders placed online and delivered. It's honestly a borderline fraudulent. Not a one-time issue.

Ordered a black coffee and a vanilla latte. The black coffee was very obviously old (burnt smelling and tasting) and the latte was more of coffee flavored milk with zero syrup. Waste of time and money, wouldn't revisit.
