While picking up a few burgers, I notice two gentlemen who didn’t speak English very well in front of me, the gentleman who was the cashier, was nasty , rude, insulting, yelling, not being patient with these gentleman who was probably on the Coach line buses next door, just trying to get something to eat. I called the Wendy in old town to get the district manager to call me back about this very unethical behavior and my dissatisfaction with this location, but they refused to call me back and it’s been more than 6 months now waiting. We do not recommend anyone go to any of the Wendy’s in bangor region! People should be treated like humans and with dignity not as a problem or racist behavior.

This Wendy’s is straight-up the worst fast-food experience I keep stupidly giving second chances to. Every time I go, the wait is absurd, like “did they all go on break at once” levels of slow, and then when you finally get your food? Something’s missing. ALWAYS. It’s not even rare anymore, it’s the norm.
I’m not ordering anything complicated. I’m not customizing half the menu. It’s just regular meals, and somehow they still can’t manage to put an entrée in the bag. I honestly cannot remember the last time I got a full order from this place, which is wild because that is literally the bare minimum a restaurant should be able to pull off.
At this point I’m convinced they’re running a social experiment to see how many times a customer can get screwed over before they stop coming back. Well, congrats, I hit my limit. I’m done paying full price for half an order and a drive-thru line that moves slower than dial-up internet.
This location needs a serious reset, because whatever they’re doing right now? It’s not working

With no one in the lobby, and no one else in line, this car and I waited for 10+ minutes to get a very basic order this morning. How the food managed to still be cold is beyond me.

Didn't get order correct. Waited over12 minutes in drive thru only to get cold fries with hot burgers. Then blown away by price!!

Abysmal service, we were just there 10 minutes and not one order was taken while we were there only door dash and drive through. Left and went to burger King across the street, had food in 4 minutes
We were second in line inside, we had at least 6 people leave behind us in line because of how long it was taking. Also, the girl didn't know they discontinued there saucy nuggets until after she took my order, and also told me they have no toys or happy meal boxes for the kids happy meals but the price was the same.
