Just visited the Union Street location in Bangor, Maine. I cannot beleive corporate would allow such disgusting disgraceful management of this location to operate! The floors are so sticky there are ants crawling all over them, they are almost black they haven't been cleaned in so long, the tables were not cleaned or wiped down, the soda fountains were not cleaned nor did they have had the flavors offered. BOTH ketchup containers were empty and caked with old ketchup. The employees were disrespectful. There was one handicapped girl trying to clean the tables and wanted to change the ketchup but no one wanted to help her. The burger meat was cold as were the fries. I would be completely embarrassed to own an establishment as this one.

This is the most disgusting restaurant I have ever been to. Let alone a “Wendy’s”. The crew is an absolute joke. Food on the floor trash in the dining room and over flowed receptacles, and it looks like surfaces havnt been wiped for a month. Hats are not worn incompetent cashiers playing with their greasy hair. Corporate or health dept should shut this place down.

I went through the drive through and had to go back in to get a part of my order the gentleman forgot and I got ignored by all 3 gentleman. If I didn't say excuse me they would have still ignored me. terrible service. rude.. very rude

Dirty! Trash in kitchen area and bathrooms overflowing! Orange soda in the dispenser area had overflowed at some point and left to dry. Told counter workers about the disgusting bathroom and they responded with a smile and a chuckle. Slow service and cold food. Only reason we stopped was because we had just landed at the airport after traveling a red eye from the west coast. Figured it would be a quick bite before our ride home. Not sure who the manager is but he’s definitely not doing his job. Will never be back.

Our food took over 20 minutes, our chicken nuggets were dry and hard to eat, they gave us the wrong burger, our frosty was melted, and ari dropped our food roughly into the bags And at 7:45 Ari threw a frosty at the counter towards a customer

Customer service was nonexistent. I placed an order on line to pick up through drive thru. I had to wait forever in the drive thru line and then when I finally made it to the window I had to wait even more. I had 4 meals, that they squished into 1 bag. 4 drinks and when I asked for a drink tray I was met by rolling eyes and an audible annoyed sigh. The employee says I’ll be right back and heads across the kitchen for a drink tray but comes back empty handed. Apparently they were all out of drink trays, and shoves the drinks towards me. When I asked the employee to please give me min as I needed to find places for 4 drinks. She rolled here eyes again. I will never go to this Wendy’s again.
Everytime we order a son of baconator or just a regular baconator they never come with more then one or 2 pieces of bacon on it ..such a disappointment 😞

We waited in the drive-thru for 45 minutes. After we finally got our food we parked to make sure we had everything. We were missing cheese sauce (which we paid the up charge for), a medium fry, straws, I ordered a 10 piece nugget and only got 7 of them, my husband ordered a coke with his meal (they gave him rootbeer) along with his saucy nuggets that he didn't get a fork for. Once I went inside to get what was missing, I was handed the fries and cheese sauce (which was cold even though they said they were making a new batch for me) and had to ASK for a bag for my food. Once we started eating, our fries had no salt, were also cold and tasted like a mouthful of old oil. I worked at Wendys for 2 years and there's truly no reason for the service to be THIS bad. You need a whole new crew.

Horrible. Went last night around 4. Food was wrong, drinks were wrong and the worst is the gentleman argued with us about it when our receipt said the right things and clearly they weren’t what he was trying to say they were. A root beer isn’t a dr p. A chicken sandwich isn’t a burger. Claiming it was all right. Then when we finally got our food the nuggets were burnt, the burgers cold and gross and some mystery sauce spilled in the bag all over our nuggets. Disgusting
