Stopped by for lunch. Got there at 12:45 and had to ask for a to go box an hour later. The table beside us got served and their check before we received our food. The chicken sandwich was the consistency of slab of teriyaki since it was so dry. And they didn’t know what a black and tan was!?!? Wish I could post a picture of the chicken. Mostly dark brown.
We had reservations for a party of nine. We did not receive our food in a timely manner. Food that was not ordered by us was brought to our table. Two people had to take their meals home, because they were not ready until after everyone else finished their meals - about 40 minutes. Neither order of fish and chips had any Cole slaw or tartar sauce with them. Waited and was the first group through the door at 11:30. First Order placed that day. Waited over an hour for food that never came. Went down to question what was happening, was told they never started the order. No apology, deleted the order and Left. Still paid for beers we had but this is so beyond unacceptable
