Good fish & chips (beer batter style) and fantastic Ruben.
Came in for our first time Friday evening with a friend and we had drinks and shared an app. The next day, I saw that my credit card had been overcharged significantly - as though a 75% tip had been added. I had already tipped generously, with cash (>50%). Phoned the place, a manager offered no explanation, a curt apology, and to refund the overage. She was nice enough and maybe seemed a bit embarassed - I would be! But with nothing gained and some time lost on the phone following up, there’s not much incentive to try returning in the future. Check your charges after you visit here - I don’t know who thought I would want to tip 130% for no table service but that’s a big no.
Excellent service & great atmosphere
Great atmosphere, great beer and food!!!!
Loved this place! Bartender was awesome!
First time here with family and friends. We ordered a burger no bun, it was cooked perfectly. It tasted amazing! One of my kids (she's 15) ordered the grilled cheese. She said it was the best grilled cheese she ever had, and she is very sure about what she likes and doesn't like for food. The Small Point Sunrise is very good! The staff is super friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend Bath Brewing Company.
Service and location is great. We both got burgers, one medium rare and one medium but they both came out well done with a nice char on them but would probs order something else next time. Solid place to stop on the way back from Boothbay. No table service later in the day, just walk up to order and you’ll get a number for them to bring food out.
What a Wonderful Establishment! ! !We went in for a beer and Danielle took great care of us! Awesome time! Colleen and,Lauren
The food is incredible, the staff is friendly and the prices are fair!
Changed to “order at the counter” operation last week. Suppose to be a great improvement- what a bust. Food was good, but got tired of having to go downstairs to order food and drinks. Had to carry 4 drinks up the stairs several times- without a tray. We go 8-10 times during the winter. We will not be back to the Bath Brewing cafeteria. What a disappointment.

Waited and was the first group through the door at 11:30. First Order placed that day. Waited over an hour for food that never came. Went down to question what was happening, was told they never started the order. No apology, deleted the order and Left. Still paid for beers we had but this is so beyond unacceptable
After a long 6 day work week, my Husband and I went for what we hoped was a relaxing Sunday lunch. Evidently, they had just changed to a new service model of ordering at a register and seating yourself. There were no seats downstairs so upstairs we went with our cocktails in hand. I am somewhat handicapped so that was challenging to say the least.
After 40 minutes, we finally got our meals. No one ever checked to see if all was ok or if we needed anything else…could have used a glass of water! After eating, we went back downstairs and paid our check and were actually given the option to leave a tip, and again, were not asked how everything was, nor was wished a good day.
We both have years of food industry customer service and definitely did not feel like valued customers! Unfortunately, and needless to say, we will not be back anytime soon!

Good brewery. Few beers on tap, all good quality. Good food, large portions.
Great local brewery with their own brews and a few other brews from local brewing companies. We stopped in for lunch and got the stuffed onion rings and lobster sliders for an appetizer, both ere great. For lunch I got the brisket sandwich which did not disappoint. Overall a great local brewery and pub.
Literally the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Started off not to badly. We sat downstairs and there was one waitress(bartender) serving the entire downstairs. We waited a good 15 minutes before she came over. She was busy..we understood. We quickly put our entire order in as we could see it was going to be a bit of a nightmare getting any decent service. This is where it went south. She put our orders in and completely forgot to bring our drinks. We waited another 10 minutes before I finally got up myself and went to the bar to ask her for the drinks that she forgot. She was so busy chatting up the guys at the bar that her actual job serving the restaurant took a back seat. We waited a good 30 minutes for our food and finally had to get up and ask where it was. We then got the food after a ridiculous wait. When I got my burger it was essentially raw. I had to get up with my plate and go to the kitchen window to find someone to help (our waitress did zero quality check and never came back). I flagged someone else down and they said they would get another burger out. We waited 20 minutes (my original server still had never checked in- again having to much fun behind the bar to do a quality check). I finally went to her behind the bar and said give me my bill for the beers and my wife’s food. She was completely unaware of what was happening (how would she). I got my bill, paid it, and went to McDonald’s. Worst restaurant experience …EVER.
