Great place to unwind and enjoy dinner with friends 🧡
I'll start by saying that Burano's is a good-looking restaurant, but that's about all the good i can say about it. We were seated at the same time 3 other tables were. A waitress came around and took everyone's order, and that's when the train wreck started. The server and kitchen staff seemed to only cater to one of the 4 tables, while ours and the two others waited nearly 40 minutes to receive any food. While the other table had received 3 pizzas, 1 about every 15 mins apart.
When our food arrived, one of the entrees was completely wrong. The restaurant offered to remake, but having the fear of waiting another 40 mins, we passed on this option.
1 order of drinks was dropped off when we arrived. We were never checked on to see if refills were needed
Customer service was bad across the board, except when we first entered Butanos and were greeted with a hello.
For the cost of the meal, the service level should have been much better. The kitchen staff needs to learn how to manage multiple tables at once.
It was just not a great experience overall, which is too bad, because the other 3 places we ate in Bath were really quite good.
Friendly servers, pleasant atmosphere, and the food was pretty good. The pizza was a bit too salty, but the truffle fries were great. Excellent value for money, and service was very quick on a Saturday night in May.
Pies are awesome, the vibes are great and the staff was extremely hospitable. Will definitely be back!
We were in town for one night and so happy that we chose Burano's! Our drive up to Maine was long and filled with traffic, and we were running a little behind schedule. We were able to grab a table in the cute dining area near the open kitchen. Our waitress was quick and friendly. The food came out INCREDIBLY fast so we were able to enjoy our meal and didn't feel rushed. We split a Sicilian Deep Dish Pizza and a Seasonal Salad, which was the perfect amount of food for two people. The vibe was cheerful and everyone seemed happy and well-fed. My favorite moment was when the table of 5 guys behind us got into a play-by-play commentary about the van that was parallel parking outside the restaurant, and the waitress joined in with updates lol. This was a great spot and we would definitely return if we're ever back in Bath.
I ordered a take out pizza best in the mid coast
We just got 5 of the specialty wings.... peanut butter, sweet chili with bacon crumbles and omg should've got more. Really good and nice big wings. Waitress was really friendly. Not too busy. Parking is street parking, pretty easy. We also had the Pear D'Carter Sicilian style deep dish pizza, and a bacon cheeseburger with truffle fries. Such a great meal. 100% recommend.
Good food, and the employees were very friendly and helpful.
I wasn't too keen on some of the other customers and their behavior, but that is beyond the staff if those customers aren't violating rules and guidelines.

I've been in here several times and the service is always the same. Friendly, kind and helpful! Tonight I sat at the bar and watched the "youngish" bartender handle business like it were her own. A reservation came in, unfortunately they were unable to occupy a high top. This young lady, without missing a beat was able to solve the issue and keep the waitstaff going.
Kudos to you all

My husband and I had a wonderful time! Our server, Emma was lovely and super friendly! She had to deal with honestly the rudest costumers I have EVER come in contact with and she was SO patient and accommodating! Can not recommend this place more. Great beer, great pizza!

The power was out at our home so I decided to grab a pizza and salad. I had the gluten free Speckacular. It was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. The Caesar Salad was abundant and tasty. The staff were very friendly and it is a welcoming atmosphere. I had taken it to go to sit by the river but I would have been equally as pleased to sit in the restaurant.

I placed a review here a few days ago and would you believe it vanished. I stopped to get a slice of pizza which was the smallest piece I have ever seen. I thought I paid $4.53 but checking my bank account and it actually went through as $6.22 which is a 36% tip and I do not tip for take out. Will not be going back.
