Nice Irish pub in Bath - definitely worth stopping in. Good selection of beers, delicious salmon sandwich with a side of mash and gravy; my wife had the burger and enjoyed it. Will definitely return to try more of the food and beer.

This is the premiere Irish Pub in Midcoast Maine. The selection of beer (15++) and traditional fare makes this a must visit when you’re here. Music Wednesdays. Trivia Thursdays. Sunday brunch. *Take a moment to look at all the wall art. A fun place for wings, a burger, some camaraderie and beer.

Byrne's feels like a neighborhood pub, the kind of place where regulars love to gather and welcoming of newcomers too. The food was outstanding! We had leprechaun balls for a starter which were great. My wife had a delicious sandwich and I had bangers & mash, which was excellent. We got desserts to go, bread pudding and cheesecake. They were both very tasty. I can't wait to bring some extended family here when they come to visit Maine.Parking: We parked right out front on the street.

Food was OK, nothing special but not terrible either.Nachos were good, until you were the top layer and only have a pile of chips. Very dry, even the parts with cheese lol.Got a half order of Mac & Cheese, it was burnt a little but otherwise it was alright. It's the old fashioned homemade kind which I enjoy but not everyone does bc again it can be dry and the burnt didn't help I'm sure.Wings were pretty good. The chicken burger had this cashamole sauce which is a guacamole basically but it had like the tiniest smear of it on there as you can see in the photo so again a little dry.If you like dried out food then this is definitely the place for you.It was very busy and very fill as there was a Christmas singalong but they have it every year so they should be prepared. LOTS of kids running around but may have just been bc of the holiday sing a long. Not really my scene for a bar.I don't think I'd go back overall. Just ok food, just ok service and atmosphere.Very cluttered and not sure how clean it is, especially since they just walked around all the candy the kids smashed into the floor instead of sweeping it up right in the entry way ?

A MUST stop when we are in town. The Destroyer with an extra piece of bread to make it a full sandwich (normally served open face) is my favorite with a mug of the freshest Guinness (properly poured EVERY TIME! If you know, you know). I've had just about everything on their menu and there is not a single thing I don't like. The Guinness gravy is TO DIE FOR! The Reuben omelet (when it's on special) is heavenly paired with a mimosa or irish coffee during Sunday Brunch! You will absolutely love the authentic cozy, warm pub atmosphere complete with the best local regulars that know how to have a great time. The service is TOP NOTCH! You definitely won't regret visiting Byrnes in Bath.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free bread available!Parking: You can park along the street or there is a large public parking lot a shirt walk away.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu options available.

Great little hole in the wall - one of those places everyone should be able to enjoy but I hope they don't all find because it's great with how quiet and comfortable it is. Waitstaff was tops and food was delicious - will definitely stop by again when in the area.

Stopped here for lunch with my wife on a Saturday afternoon. Fun, busy atmosphere. Great, quick, friendly service. Very good chicken wing quality - nice and meaty.....frequently hard to find. Loved the pictures of "Urinals of Ireland" in the men's room :)
