I haven’t ordered Dominos in awhile and disappointed I did!! I was to get a 12” New York style pizza with a 8 piece hot wings . I think the delivery person got lost! From time she left the store, until her arrival was well over 15 minutes , for maybe a mile drive. Food was barely warm. No blue cheese for the hot wings a way too much cheese on the pie!!! I think they forgot to put sauce , it was disgusting!!!! Definitely not NY style!!! NY uses sauce and 3/4 less cheese!!!! It made me gag and can’t eat it. I don’t have money to waste like that! I really shouldn’t have ordered, but my dinner I cooked, got knocked over and landed all over the floor.

Awesome pizza, white sauce (garlic and butter instead of tomato sauce). They are consistent in quality and the crust is soft and moist enough for me to enjoy with my plastic teeth.

I have not had a bad experience with these guys since moving back to Bath, Tonight, I ordered and it took a bit longer than anyone expected, but they still came through with Exceptional Customer Service and Great food!!!

I’ve worked in the food industry long enough to be annoyed by people showing up last minute. But damn the hostility you have was just uncalled for. I was back in my car at 11:52 pm. You close @ 12 am I thought? My bad. Didn’t mean to keep you from closing 10 minutes early. It’s been a long day and I really didn’t need your attitude on top of it. You never know what someone else is going through. I’m sorry to be such a bother. I’m such a good tipper too 😂 I had a $20 cash to make up for us being there so close to closing. But damn you were so rude and on a a day like today it was just the last damn straw. Care for others, you never know what kind of day their going through.

I placed my order at 5:48. The order status changed from “prep” to “bake” at 6:39. Since it took almost an hour to “prep” the order, and the status showed the delivery time for about another hour, I repeatedly called the store 12 times, back to back to cancel the order. Each call lasted 1 minute, only to be told that the store wasn’t taking calls. Knowing that means that they are very busy (probably understaffed) I just wanted to cancel the order because if they were that busy, they shouldn’t have been taking online orders. If they had common sense, they should have known that NO customer would wait over 2 hours to have a pizza delivered! Shortly after my last attempted call, the store actually called me to “confirm” my address. I told them that I had been trying to reach them to cancel the order because of the major delay and the guy hung up on me! Not only was that rude, but with that attitude and very poor service, I would would’ve preferred not to even give them 1 star! Unfortunately negative stars weren’t an option!

My pizza was good, but the sauce they make it with is too spicy for someone that doesn't care for spicy at all. Can't you go with regular sauce on your pizza's? I don't know how much it was, my fiance ordered it for me.
