I emailed the owner as they requested. This Domino's is own by a company call HF Enterprises. I won't hold my breath waiting for improvements.Save yourself from a possible dinner with human biologics in it. Our pizza was undercooked and after we called them because I ended up with a hair in my mouth from a Philly cheesesteak, they only wanted to refund for the Philly. Order from them if you like hair in your food.

Placed online order tonight. Got the notification that the order was being prepped. 8 minutes later received an email saying my order was canceled. Called the store to find out why and was told that they tried to call me which they never did because I had no missed calls from them. Was told that the oven got shut down at 10 o clock even though they are open until 12 because they are short staffed which mean I wasn't even able to have the option to pick up my order. This is not the first time it has happened with different excuses.

The workers will make your order however they want. The light cheese option apparently means drench it. Another time, my pizza was barely cooked. Can you guys even read? Don't respond, and if you do, my reply is GFY. Just do better.

It’s really the only pizza place in town that’s “ in town” Soo it’s hard when I click on the order I want and at the end, get a pop up almost every time. (That they are not delivering) or my 4 kids and I get our food and it’s Luke-warm or cold or it has the wrong toppings on one out of two of our pizzas!? ? this is just frustrating and they never do anything about it or are very rude when I do Call about my issues with them!?Thanx J

As the state deals with the mass trauma of a shooting not far from bath, the staff was cranking out the pizzas at the speed of light. While our order took longer than usual, the behind the scenes was nothing but people at work feeding the people of our community. Thank you for your diligence, humility and dedication to serving our community. While many businesses were closed, you were there and for that I am thankful. You are everything that our state and nation should be. Showing up no matter how hard. Thank you ❤️❤️❤️

On Sunday October 15th, I ordered a pizza for delivery and kept an eye on the tracker. When the order went out for delivery it said 35 minutes, which has never happened, the store is less than 10 minutes away. I watched the tracker as it went in the opposite direction of my house and proceeded to tell me that my pizza was delivered, it was not... I called the store, no answer. I called again and got put on hold right away and was left there for an extended time. I called back again and the lady who answered was very rude and argumentative as I told her my tracker is telling me it's delivered, but I have no pizza. She proceeded to tell me that the tracker has nothing to do with them and that it is a separate app and pretty much hung up on me. Great customer service jerk. I will no longer be ordering from them, this is not the first time I've had bad service.

Honestly love the food here and have nothing bad to say about it, but cannot say the same for the employees. Its super upsetting when they cancelled my online order because they “decided to close early seems there was only two employees there” but because I was driving I didn’t receive there phone call, I didn’t find out until I showed up to get my food. The real kicker is that they didn’t even turn the open sign off and officially close until after my order would have technically been done according to what the order ready time said online.. and there is nothing else open at this time so it’s not like I can even go somewhere else…. Super disappointed! And will consider this the next time I am headed home late and am looking to get food somewhere..

I ordered a pepperoni stuffed cheesy bread and specialty chicken bbq bacon, 15 minutes ago. App said ready and I am being told it will be another 30-45 minutes. I have to wait an hour for my dinner. WTF?
